No, that is reality!
Alrighty, Looks like my little bro is coming to Tally as well, we will be sharing the SV but he is slow so I ain't worried. I went for a little "spirited romp" down the back roads this morning before all the retards came out in their cages to see if maybe I should go to novice to get my feel back. I don't think it will be needed, I am still a little green but I keep thinking "yo dummy, your on the street" so once that is gone it will be on till they tell me no more! Yall have fun at Glitches today, I will be with the in laws in laws hanging out, but I will be there in spirit. All you need is someone to act a fool on a ____________ and pretend I am there! |

N12R, You know I got more than just mopeds, but thats the only thing we can race in the yard. Well safely anyways... Wish we could make it for cook out but... Nic and I got pink eye on Sat. and now Shelley's got it. My eye is all better but Nic' and Shelley look rough. Don't want anyone to get it... To top it all off, I had just finished mowing the back yard when I got stung by 2 yellow jackets. I've had a bad reaction as of the last few years with bee stings. Sometimes I have to go to the hospital and sometimes I don't if its on the lower part of the body. I got it in the belly and the waist this time. I got the Epi-Pen but I've been told not to use it for now...until the Doc says its o.k too. More test, more test..with T.I.A or what ever they "think" I might have. I was told just to take some Benadryl and wait it out. If I don't fall over in a HR or so I'm in the clear, and if I do call 911 or got to the E.R Its been 30 minutes.... |

well....gotta drop the motor on my cityx. friday afternoon... big bang, rear cylinder not firing. gonna get new spark plug wires, new set of plugs, totally reinstall the exhaust, and hope that's the only problem. charlie -- you think yer in on this excursion? or should i just replug/rewire and see how she runs? no weird top end noises. only problem SEEMS to be runnin' on one cylinder. (they do that when the plug wire is BROKEN!!!) one way or the other... i wound up havin' a great weekend anyway. missed the graduation, but after all the pomp and circumstance patsy drove down from blue ridge to pick me up at barrett parkway. the scooter failed at 6pm or so. she got out there about 11:30. we drove to hapeville to get the van-bulance, then back to barrett to get the bike loaded. (she loaded it up with me in a dress. what a great girl!!) and drove back to blue ridge for a weekend of little league and goin' to the lake. not the weekend we had planned, but a blast nonetheless. oh well...maybe the next long weekend i have the ol' buell will have the bugs out and i can do another one of those lovely 1500+ mile weekends. |

Brian, Try the plugs and wires first before you go tearing the motor out. If needed we can but lets start with the easy stuff first. Back to the grind. |

> There once was a time I considered myself a rider! Haha, me too! Now I'm more of a hopper. B_s, you're alive! Drop by Casa de Sanchez some evening this week, and let's finish off your bike. We're going to need a cut off wheel to get the heads off those isolator bolts. |

well...i was feeling industrious last night, but without parts i just took things apart and inspected various parts of the bike and WOW!!! SOMEBODY did a half-a$$ job of reassembling. can we say "just throw it back together and hope that nothing falls off"?!??!?!? thanx for resetting my TPS too, mr. certified tech. you F*ed that up too!! i was severely miffed to say the least. from now on, 3%ers only turn wrenches on my bike. we're the only ones who seem to care. rant over. i feel better. a little... |

I was just thinkin' the same thing.... let's all move up towards blairsville and open a shop right off of 129. great location, no competition to speak of, and the benefit of bein' close to the best roads on GA. built in customer base since the riders will be there.... sounds good. i'll put a business plan together and start lookin' for investors. who's in if i make it happen? btw... did i mention a race team would be in the plan, as well? |

Sanchez.....I'll try this weekend...maybe. Still have to get the rear motor mount off which is proving to be a real biotch! I have tried several times and even broke off my allen driver. I also borrowed a huge socket for the front pulley but couldn't get it to budge. I was over there the day you crashed. I still haver your key. |

Yeah, we'll need a cut off wheel or a welder to get that mount off. Did you use the breaker bar and the cheater pipe on that nut? Maybe it's reverse threaded or something. |
