All, I'm strongly planning on attending the meeting, I had already planned on giving my last race update to the group being that this meeting is the last before June 2nd. However a last minute Michigan trip my slow my arrival at the meeting so I will not be able to make the dyno runs but I am planning on being there for the meeting itself. If I do not make it in time I am planning on doing the Slimey Crud run so if I am not there I'd like someone to private message me or post the times and meeting place so I can meet up with everyone. Thanks, Kurtis |

Done. Eating pizza during the meeting worked well for me last time. We'll take a few minutes and dig in as soon as it arrives. |

Just a reminder that tonight is our long awaited dyno night meeting. Get you bike baselined for $20 and see what you got and where improvements can be made. I'd like to get an early start on this so the dyno will be open to the club starting at 6:00 PM. Be there or be square. Sam |

My strongest appologies to All, As I had stated my fellow friend and car builder needed my help last minute with heading up to Michigan to pick up a car that he had won on ebay. I went along strongly stating that I would have to be at our meeting on time today. Needless to say I got screwed out of being at the meeting by unfortunate events. I'm sorry for not being able to be there. Please see the following post about my pre-race party. Kurtis Kraehmer P.S. Time and meeting place for Slimey Crud? |

2007 Warbirdz Racing Pre-Race Party! When: Friday June 1st at 7:00pm Where:13248 W. Long Run Ct. Homer Glen, IL. 60491 Questions:Tecno007@comcast.net I'm hosting a little get together at the house to display the car and share a laugh or two before the next nights race. I'll have the car out there so that those that may not be making it to the race can see the car. So please feel free to stop on by and share a laugh or two before the action the next night! The race is June 2nd at Route 66 Raceway starting at 7:15pm, the show is called MASTERS OF DISASTER. Among the Figure-8 Race that I will be racing in there will be school bus racing/figure-8, trailer racing, one on one demos, and jet pack flight. 20$-Adults, 15$-Kids. They do have front, gated off motorcycle parking at the track. I have secured #81 for my car so you know who to look for. NOTE: Last years Masters of Disasters show sold out I'd recommend buying them in advance by calling the box office at 815-727-RACE. You also save 4$ off admission. Any questions e-mail me and I'll send you my cell number |

Slimey Crud Run Riders, Here is the schedule agreed to by Paul, Curt, Tim and myself. Please feel free to invite others. Ensure they understand that if they are late for the Belvidere Toll Plaza start point that they will be left behind. Sunday 5/6 Slimey Crud Run Schedule: Day before prep --> Have your bike loaded and ready....Have 100 miles of gas in your tank so we don't have to fuel before Belvidere Toll. Weather looks awesome so I will be packing light this year. Before 7am - depart our homes...damn this is early. 7am - Marc and Paul only - Meet at Downtown Plainfield coffee shop for ride to Belvidere Toll Plaza 8:15 to 8:30am - Meet at Belvidere toll plaza for fuel stop and breakfast snack. Everyone ready to leave by 8:30am. 8:30am - 10:30am ride from Belvidere toll to Pine Bluff, WI. Skip stopping at Starbucks to meet the Madison Buell club as this burns up more time. Let's just meet them at Pine Bluff instead with everyone else and hook up for a ride together as we leave Pine Bluff. 10:30 to 11am - check out bikes at PineBluff, snack, whatever. 11am to 1pm - ride from Pinebluff to Leland (2 hours of twisty fun). I still have Bomber's map from Sept 06 which was a fun route. I can't remember total time commitment for this route? 1pm to 2pm - have lunch in Leland, check out bikes, whatever. 2pm to 6pm - EARLY RETURN CREW --> fun route back to Madison area, but then judiciously get back on superslab for Chicago return. LATE RETURN CREW --> Whatever you want to do. John Thomas, Curt Ringwald and I believe hold the record for the longest one day crud run ever in SEPT 06...we even got in a ferry ride. CYA Sunday. |

I had a great time too. Sorry, I had to bug out. I knew I'd never have the energy to make all the way to Leland and then back to Lockport. Got home about 6p and 430 miles later. Longest ride for me. I'm still sore. That is where the trailer sure comes in handy. Now, who wants to ride around Lake Michigan in June? How can I get a shirt Tim? |

I agree it was a cool Slimey Crud Run, my first official club ride and my first Slimey Crud for that matter. I had a lot of fun on the ride, I saw some cool bikes, sharpened my riding skill a little more, and got the crap kicked outta me by the wind...all in all a great trip. I made it to Leland and saw some burnouts and more bikes; as for the superslab ride home? Eh, windy and stressful with all those crazy "cages" out there. See everybody at the next meeting with the official race re-cap, photos, and maybe even a dvd of the race. |

"i was wondering if anyone else had trouble with their BLACK WCC shirts ? after washing mine, a LOT of the ink came OFF !!! i'll be talking with the printers an hopefully getting some replacements." Tim! What the hell you doing washing it? Real bikers give em six months or so of wear first so they "age" properly. Sam |

Hey Tim, I'd like to go ride a Tiger and a Multistrada if they have one there. Let me check the weekend schedule. What time were you planning on going? I may have some time Sat. or Sun. afternoon. Let me know. Also, I like lodging for homecomming too and a roommate judging by the current market conditions. If you secure a room for Fri.and Sat. night count me in. Paul |
