Ok, sounds good. I ended up painting my chopped tail section Saturday anyway. Should be good to go by this afternoon. |

Hey guys! I'm back. Hell of a trip. I'm beat. Had a couple good dinners, a couple good drunks and very little sleep. Didn't even ride today, even with the sun out. Entire time in PA I saw one Buell, talked to the guy and turned him onto the bad web... He's on a 9 Lightning. Not a single Buell in London. A few Bandits, one busa, and lots of BMW dual sports. I'll catch up later! Still on for Thurs? |

Paul, its time to start planning some day trips. Welcome back by the way. I just got back from a ride with Phil. I got to check out his new Micron. It's a nice looking pipe and sounds really cool too. I think it is a little louder then the drummer. |

Paul - welcome back. Balls - congrats on the new Micron... can't wait to see & hear it run. Swede - has your bike "settled in" with the Drummer SS? And whad'ya think of those new tires? Mark |

Thanks for the ride Aron, I'm still laughing to myself about the fuel stop. A guy in a Mercedes is drooling at Aron's bike wondering what is that awesome looking bike, when I got done fueling I fired up and the echo of the Micron under the gas station awning broke him out of his trance. I swear as he watched us ride out he realized he spent too much money on his means of transportation. I'm sure if Aron would have rode by his driver side door, a couple of slaps to the face by the exhaust pulse from the fatlet would of converted him for sure to our little swervy curvy religion. |

Mark, the tires are great. I have aver 400 miles on them now. The drummer still sounds great in my mind. But my bike is a lot more finicky in rain and cold with the open air box and SS then it was before. I got caught in the rain again today. 30 mile commute home and my bike never even warmed up. It coughed and jerked all the way home. Ran fine yesterday. Phil, its amusing to see people rubber neck while riding. Just wait until we have a hole gang riding. |

The other thing that is amusing is what the gas attendant says. They always have something different to say. My bike has been called weird, small, and dope to name a few. |

I keep on getting asked how fast is it, how many tickets have I got. Do I do wheelies. Just last night some kids yelled at me to do a wheelie as I pulled away from a stop sign. |

Yeah the people that know bikes ask for engine size and every one else just asks how fast it goes. Every now and then I get the kids yelling for wheelies but I promised myself I wouldn't be stupid. However, if the kid is standing nest to his hot momma... |

Aron, Give me a call if you have some time today. Hoot and I are going to get the fluids done today, and I think the TPS reset may take care of the problems I'm having. Give me a buzz... |

Hey guys. Scarlet has been running GREAT since we got the 1000 Mile done. Turned out a cable was rubbing on the ground terminal of the bat and shorting the intake air sensor. Thanks for the help Sweed! Rode Skyline yesterday. Word of caution, abut 3 miles east of the Germantown crossing they have cut across the road and have steel plates down. Good thing Sabrina and I were 2 up. I'f Id have been going faster I may not have been able to get the bike stood up straight before hitting them. Probably would have had a bad outcome... |

Good to hear Barrowed. I know about the grates. I have been going across Skyline every morning this past week. I have not had to worry about going too fast, I keep getting stuck behind school buses. |

Well yesterday on the way to the zoo, six houses down from me, I spot an XB9S on the sidewalk. There was a moving truck there, not sure if they were moving in or out. Haven't seen the house for sale though. Surely there could not have been a Buell that close for the last few years without me seeing/hearing it..... |

me too, unfortunately. and the weekend doesn't look like it will cooperate in terms of weather. i've been crazy busy at work lately, and haven't had much time to ride, but as we're getting better weather and longer days, i look forward to hooking up with all all of you for some riding again... |

Talked to a guy this AM that says a big group heads out from one of the Shell stations on 30 and does a few hours. He said it was either outside Scapoose, or St. Hellens. Don't remember which, but at 6:15 on a Saturday morning it should not be to hard to find 10 to 30 guys on bikes. When the weather is nice... |

Definitely sounds like a plan! Today I put about 120 miles on my bike! What a great day for it! I hit some back roads heading West on my way to Paradise HD which is east of me. ^_^ My run to the dealership for parts and maintenance related items turned into a 85 mile round trip cruise. Saw two fellow Buellers (Black and Valencia on 26 West, and a Black and Crimson on later on Cornelius Pass.) as well as many other bikers. I got home to find no family. Got back on and rode some more! Finally got off the bike and did my 5K miles service. After that, had to do a shake down run. ^_^ Great day to be out! Hello riders. Came across you guys in a link on a email about Buell Club meeting at the Ram restaurant with the Paradise riders. My name is Clint. My ride is a 04 XB12r black and amber. If you are going to be at PIR this summer I would like to come down and meet you. Had a blast last summer on the track and need to find a excuse to get back out there. Would be nice to make a Buell showing at the track. Every one was supper nice but I was asked several times "Why A Buell?".
