Still waiting on parts, they had to order some mounting parts for the exhaust, said it should be ready by next Friday.

I might check out TFlats on Thursday. I don't know if I told you guys this but I usually go riding sunday morning with some guys I meet up at the Burger king in Apopka close to where 441/436 merge. I usually get there at 8 and we shove off around 8:30. The leader knows some good routes, so we ride for 30-45 minutes to a place to have breakfast. From there we ride some more and we're done. I usually get home around 11-12pm. Avg speed for the ride is about 70-80 mph. Anyone is welcome to come. I believe a lot of them are going to the Gap next weekend but the weekend after that I'll probably be there.

hey rich, this is neil. the guy that lives down the street from lafayette over in brandon. what time are you heading out for the gap. and which way are you planning on going. we'll be staying up in dahlonega and trailering the bikes up so the wife can have the blast up there to ride around on.

Neil, I bought some Givi hard bags with SW Motech quick detatch mounts from a guy near Atlanta. I'm gonna roll at 4am, roll up I75, probably the same way you're going. He's gonna meet me near GA400 and 285 around noon, so I can pick them up.

I'll have my truck and trailer. I really don't know where I'm gonna stay yet, I'd like to hook up with a buddy of mine in NC. I might go on up near the gap, then come back to Suches on Saturday.

Got my bike back tonite. They seemed to have done a good job at Seminole Buell, even fixed my aftermarket taillight for free. The exhaust looks good, new, etc. Only time will tell if they did good, 6 weeks or so. They did ask that I bring it back after 1000 miles so they could check it over. Good idea. It seems to run better, too, maybe I just missed riding too much : )

Ken and Mike from Seminole Buell were there last night too. If anybody wants to try the best bread sticks in town, stop by to meet with us on Wednesdays (they're good even if we happen to be out of marinara sauce) - ask Ken if you don't believe me!

Rich, Keith and I rode over to the Bike Night at Tijuana Flats after we left Barnie's. Nice crowd. I'd like to check it out for a bit longer another night.
