hey Roswel, it's totally quiet on the "eastern Ontario" thread too.... there are 4 or 5 guys that I know here in/near Ottawa that ride buells (a 12r, a 12s, a pair of 9s', a blast) and me.... we don't get out together on any regular basis, but managed a couple of rides together last season. anyone from your neck of the woods heading to homecoming? If your travels ever take you towards Ottawa, let me know....maybe we can organize ourselves a bit to meet you guys in the middle somewhere....? Rod | ||

I forgot to ask Is anyone heading up to the Parrysound Sport Bike Rally. There was a few of us Buellers there last year (maybe 5 in all)We need a better showing. I think sales are picking up in Ontario, I know Barrie had a good spring run. I'm running across a new Buell rider every couple of weeks. Meant A new one last night with a beauty of an X1. Hi, Just bought my Buell last week. 2000 S3T. Haven't had a bike for 20 years. Used to ride Japanese (Honda/Yamaha) This bike is a definite handful, but I'm getting more comfortable with it every ride. Cheers. | ||

Wow some actual activity, only problem is no one is near my end of the country. You guys and gals ever thought of a Buell get together for us frozen few. Maybe next summer? Even a camping weekend or something. There are a few guys in my area that i have been telling about the forum but so far none of them have popped up. Good to see some other Buellers out there. | ||

Anyone out there? I am looking for an upholstery shop around the Toronto / Newmarket area that could do some "Cheap" mods to the seat of my 2000 s3t.Has anyone used a shop locally to do any seat work? Sad day yesterday, I put the bike away for the season. | ||

Congratulations to you both on your new Ulyssi. I test rode a Ullie in fall '05 and have only seen two on the road since then, both were in BC and one of those was a California bike. Not too many of those fine machines prowling Canadian roads... (Message edited by lornce on April 14, 2008) |
