The only thing I can find that's loose enough to rattle, is the rear brake lever. I'll ride again in a bit and see if I can narrow my search, now that I know the exhaust is ok. Glitch, I had the same problem after I put my headers back on... turned out to be the O2 sensor... rattled up a storm, and then started cauzing power loss issues... I can't live up here and not do it... so one of these days real soon I am going to head up there... anybody wanna join me? waiting on a few parts for my trailer and then I will be able to trailer both bikes up there... thinking it would be best during the week, prior to MBIV... maybe thursday or friday... Big ups to all that made it possible. I had almost forgotten how much better a workday is with a ride on either side. I am impressed with the mods, but having an issue. My bronco is trying to buck me! The bike will not cruise at a steady RPM without CONSTANT power surges. It is almost like the bike repeatedly chokes then kicks in. This is throughout the powerband. My first thought is maybe the Double Platinum plugs are not sparking properly but that is the best I can come up with. Ideas?
