and Why did you mention it? You been riding lately? No, he hasn't been riding lately and some counties are most probably suffering revenue shortfalls because of it!! So now they're looking at the rest of us. Yeah, New12R, Bambi knew what I meant. Wassup? |

Well, this is a sad way to make the headlines but on Foxnews.com our 16 year olds high school is shown totally devastated by tornadoes that ripped thru here a few hours ago. Our son rode it out in the school. His car was trashed in the parking lot. The tornado missed us by about 1/2 mile at our pet supply store. There are emergency crews from all over the state here helping. Nine people in the school have died and more are trapped still. Needless to say I will be out of commission for a few days helping cleanup and waiting for power to come back on at the shop. If you are expecting a pipe or barriers, etc. from me I ask you to have a little patience. Thanks much, Odie. Hey guys and gals. I posted this on the XBoard and the sponsors page. Crappy day all around......watch out- they're headed you way.... |

Odie the same goes for me as well. I saw the school on the news. Looks like a war zone. I had no idea it was your son's school. We're with ya brother. Med I still have my copy of Photoshop, I just need a computer to install it on. Linux is great and all, it just doesn't do windows apps too well. |

Odie, do you have any deliveries waiting to ship to Kansas? If so, just toss those suckers out the window and let the wind carry them. |

The tornados were bad. The school took a direct hit. It could have been a lot worse ,I feel for the families who lost loved ones. |

Hi Charlie, Stopped up at the Vortex last night but didn't see anybody, nice custom there though. Passed out some cards for the tattoo shop then headed to the Clermont Lounge for a party the shop was throwing to raise cash for a kid who was attacked by a couple of rottweillers. It went well but the turnout was lite, shoulda let you guys in on that info. Just got to work late due to being jammed up in the traffic from the bus accident going off the bridge and locking up I-75 for 1/2 an hour. They had us reroute over the bridge where the bus broke thru, I saw Blood stained clothing on top of the bridge amongst the debris. Not pretty and it was a bus load of kids too. 75 @ 5am is like death race 2000, even when it's raining. Looking forward to the day when I won't have to do the cross town drive every morning but it'll be awhile... |

Jeez M1...what a way to start a Friday. That kind of stuff always makes me breathe a sigh of relief when I get where I'm going without an accident. As if there's not enough to worry about when you send your kids off to school... |

Frank, I kind of wanted to go out but had to work late and then the rain. My day sucked yesterday so I stayed at home. I need to get with you on getting my tat fixed up. I will call you later today. |

I didn't wimp out on the Vortex. Some of us are growdups and Thursday is a school night! Trust me, you don't want to do my job tired and hungover. |

"You don't wanna do my job tired and hung over", wish you would've told me that sooner Dan as the PBR was free last night. Charlie, my book is open all next week. I'm using magnums now too so the coloring part should be near painless... Gimmie a buzz and we'll set up a time. Hope Sam is well. Got a guy at work that makes up vinal stickers for cheap. Was thinking about bringing some up to TWO if there's enough interest, anybody? |

Ok...when your kid is going to be leaving on a band trip to Washington, DC next month on a chartered bus, the very last thing you need to do is sit and watch a press conference about a charter bus accident that just occurred with a group full of students. As if I'm not neurotic enough during marching band season when they are traveling on the school buses. Jeez, why do I do these things to myself? |

Mrs G - It's ok, they were baseball players. Not a band. But yeah, I hear ya! Support the arts, not sports. |
