I do miss them old helmets too, Roof makes something close. Maybe pick one up when I'm visiting the inlaws back in the mother country. |

I may have to give them a try, I have a pair of Sidis that are 9 1/2. Won't hurt to try. Hey y'all whens our next meeting? I had an 82 KZ1000 long time ago. It was that Kawi Green, loved that bike. It was my first really fast bike. |

Gave the Zxr1200 a close look when it came out but I try to buy American made when funds allow. Then I went with a friend to Killer Creek H-D so he could test ride a Buell... |

Me too. Shred and I rode with a couple of guys a few years ago that had ZREXs. Got to ride one, after riding the XB the ZREX felt HUGE! Friday night? I meant officially, there's a few MB-IV things we need to go over. Like how many people we have for demo rides and the like. |

Hey Buellish, where'd you get that MRC clutch ramp? I can't seem to find one available online. |

I had a ZRX1200 and it was pure junk. Had one tank slapper that broke my shoulder and another that almost ended my life. The engine makes great power but the out dated frame will not take it. The frame flexes to much. They do make braces that will help but Buells or Speed Triples are a lot better. |

Duc_htr... What would you think about taking the lead on a media team? I would like to schedule two rides with the objective of getting footage and photos. I think we should have a ride with 10 riders and two cameras. Lead rider would have rear facing camera. Sweep rider would have forward facing camera. I think we should do the loop. Start at TWO run down 60, up 129 and across on 180. The other ride we can just set up on two or three corners and snap stills for an hour at each location. |

I had noticed every person who has owned a Z-Rex either has crashed or totaled it. Like you said, that is alot of engine for that frame set up. The tree of shame is full of their spare parts. |

One of the guys I just mentioned with the ZREX did lay it down on the Dragon. No parts broke off for the tree. I wondered why they made such a bike without at least building a frame stiff enough. Plus those dual rear shocks sucked ass. they should have gone with the retro look, not retro bike. Stealth, if we could have some cameras in the corners as well for a couple of passes. Video that is. I think one of our best videos was when we took the video of us passing by rather than on board. If we keep this up we'll need a week to gather all the footage! |

"DJ... Havn't finished it... but I have it on my list of things to do... I will let you know when I get it..." That's way cool. I don't think I ever rode that fast in my life on a public road and I can't believe there might be footage of it. It's easy to go fast when you are following someone fast (thanks for the riding demonstration Drift). |

ZRX JUNK????? Its a pig of a bike but it can be mastered.....I know a couple guys that can really move on those things. It seems like most of the people I know thats had ZRX's, have went down. But then again most of the people that I know that ride have been down as well, some more than others. Speaking of which if you ride long enough you will go down. Its not if....Its when.... Sanchez, I didn't get email, Send me directions, when, where. Sounds like fun. www.twinrider306@aol.com |

I had a 74 H2. Ungodly fast from zero to about 120. NOTHING could touch it. Nothing that is until the middle piston got a hole in it. 3 cylinder 2 stroke baby! And yes handling wasn't. But what a fun ass bike to play with. I also later on had an H1 400, parallel twin 2 stroke, that thing was also fun as hell. 2 strokes rock! |

DJ, I am really wanting to move that footage to the top of the list of things to do... the problem is the others are making me money... Sanchez, BS... I'll try to be there... don't know fer sure though... anybody have someplace I can crash? |
