When my grandmother started having issues. We told her stop driving, and thats a hard thing to do but it needed to be done. She didn't even have a accident, she's just really old and loosing her reflexes. I've known two people killed by elder drivers over 65. Both just didn't see them and one drove for over a mile until she was pulled over. She said she thought she just hit something in the road. Enough said about that.... Ironically, a burnout is considered a moving violation because the rear tires are in motion.
