If you ever decide to keep the kids for your ex, be sure to choose the day the diarrhea fairy comes to visit. And make sure you don't have a spare set of clothes. I'll be back later. I gotta run mop. |

Aren't children fun? Please tell me he's not wearing footie pj's......Life will always be an adventure as long as there are children in our lives. Didn't say it would always be fun! Hope Jesse feels better soon. As for TJ - I'm sure we're only seeing the tip of the iceberg for pre-teen girls! |

The bike itself? Not for me, Mr. Low Hanging Fruit. But, from my time in Germany and the Netherlands, I can understand that it will be HUGE in Europe. It will help Buell to grow financially, which will in turn make the breed that much better. But these are just KICK ARSE (and nearly sold me on one)!!!
Hopefully the last one is too cartoonish to be 'mistaken' as the skull and crossed pistons of the Outlaws. Although my colleague who just bought an XB12Scg says that the Buell are becoming more popular with the Hells Angels, Bandito's and Outlaws in Germany lately... Hey, waitaminithere... Halloween has passed... How tacky to still have your Halloween decorations up after Halloween is gone... By the way, the S2 gained a front cylinder and head tonight. My goal is to get the bike back together by the end of the weekend. All weekend I will be in the garage. This means I can't watch TCM Underground this Friday or my schedule will be screwed. AWWWWW, SONOFABISCUIT! This weeks is FREAKS!!! There is no way that I can miss that!!! The first time I saw it was at the Friday Night Freak Show (Friday Mights at Midnight) at a theater on the near North(west)side of Milwaukee not very far from H-D's (and Miller Beer's) corporate offices. Looks like I will need to take a nap after work on Friday... Talk about post creep... Now I return you to your normal programming, 1313 |

Well my Buell front end project has come to a big slow down.... First: having some trouble getting a brake to work....rumor has it is I has a buell rotor and caliper I would be in business! but i don't Second the rebuild parts for the WP forks are like $160+ for everything so that on top of needign some brakes, and needing a $110 axle I am stalled till i save up some cash... that and I have no idea how to rebuild the forks when I do have the cash Third, have not figured out how to mount my trimmed fender |

Sporty - I ordered some Lynda pads from Dave S and I asked him for a quote on fork rebuild parts: > Jim here is the stuff for a fork on a 95-92 S2 > > Top cap o ring J9144.8 2.70 ea (2) > Rubber washer J9145.8 1.95 ea (2) > Phenolic bushing J9141.8 8.80 ea (2) > DU bushing J9129.8 28.50 ea (2) > Oil seal J9131.8 15.65 ea (2) > Copper washers J9142.8 1.35 ea (2) That comes to $117.90. You get a 10% discount on that. |

Rubberdown- Yep I'm sure it's practice that I need. Wish I had someplace closer for that quick run, Bragg and Sandhills are mostly a weekend ride for me. Using a NC Topo map here and so far no one has hassled me. One guy even stopped and asked if I needed any help, but I was only taking a picture at the time..said thanks just the same. M2nc- Yep now have MT-60's front and back with 500+ miles so far. Mall store "Steve" installed them with out any issues. |

Tim, was it you and I who were discussing riding routes a few weeks ago. I remember you telling me about a road down south of 42, but I can't remember now |

If you are running to Cokesbury via Cokesbury Rd stay strait until you hit Christian Light Rd. Then Cokesbury Rd becomes Kipling Rd keep going until you hit Kipling. RT on 421South Immediate LT next road Harnett Central Rd until you hit 210. Turn around and run it in reverse lots of fun for a quick blast to blow out the cobwebs. Oakridge River Rd isn't bad also. I usually don't have a destination but a kitchen pass and run around this area until my time is up....then scoot back to the house and beg for forgiveness for being late. Who's idea was it to put a clock on the Uly anyway, wife noticed it right off. |

Yeah Jim, we can do brake pads! OK C3ers who do we know that might have used buell parts? Namely a Tuber front Rotor, and a Tuber front caliper? Found out that should fix my problem.... Then I will haev the entire buell front end save from my 21 inch front wheel! From what I hear jim the WP forks parts are more expensive...i gotta find some stuff to sell! |

Mark - I'm not sure what a WP is? The type of fork, or an aftermarket brand? I didn't know what type of front end you had, I see I asked Dave for the wrong one. But it's worth giving him a call. All you really need are the oil seals right? |

Damn Jim you work fast, when I checked yesterday that S3 caliper was not even up there...I am gonna toss Dave S a question on the rebuild stuff. Yeah WP made the forks for a couple of years.. different manfacturer. (Message edited by sportymark on November 16, 2006) |

I spoke to Gary (the driver) and he said it should not be a problem getting those dates. SOOOO, let the countdown begin!!!!!!! ONLY 134 DAYS LEFT!!!! Once they get confirmation I'll book the cabin. Who's in??? So, anyone riding this weekend? Somebody, anybody - take him, please |

Wish I could head out somewhere. Hope to be working on the bike, if the parts come today. A strange thing happened to the xb after I dumped it. It started leaking gear oil from the bottom of the clutch inspection cover. Hopefully, the new gasket will solve it. Need to replace the Mobile 1 anyway. Later... |
