Thanks Outtie. I don't think it looks too bad considering I don't do that type of thing very often(web design, and graphics stuff.). It's a little slow at the moment, but it will speed up shortly. Replacing the 400MHZ Macintosh it's running on, with a Dual 1GHZ box. I'll be adding other sections, as time allows. Dave Klosterman had a GREAT idea of adding a section of what special Buell related tools each member has, that can loan out to other Brew City members. Hals seems to like the web site as well. We've got a new guy at Hals, Bud Curtis, that is doing an OUTSTANDING job promoting the Buell brand, and Brew City BRAG. He's as enthusiastic about this stuff as Daves is. Lets hope he sticks around |

As Buell drivers, you may not be interested in joining a HOG Chapter ride this Saturday 9 September 2006. However, I am going and I expect to have a lot of fun. The Rock River Hog Chapter, sponsored by Wisconsin H-D (Owned by Hal's) in Oconomowoc, is hosting a 9-11-01 Memorial Ride. All makes of bikes are welcome. All proceeds will go to a respected charity. The ride is fully escorted by LEO's on Police Bikes. Intersections will be handled by Local LEO's as needed. $10.00 per rider for the ride. This goes to the 9-11 charity. $10.00 per person for a late lunch, hosted by the Dousman Volunteer Fire Dept. This goes to support the Dousman FD. Registration begins at 10:00 AM. A Dedication happens at 11:00 AM. The ride begins at 12:00 Noon. The ride ends at the Dousman FD. The bikes will be parked into a shape that will look like the Twin Towers. An ariel photo will then be taken of the parked bikes. www.rememberrally.com More Info: hdmarge@ticon.net <EDIT: The flyer that I have promises a "Relaxing, escorted scenic ride". I do not know how long or how far the ride will be. The Rock River Hog Chapter is known for putting on some nice "Harley-HOG" rides. They are also good at "Hanging out" before and after a ride. Whether this ride is mostly riding or mostly hanging out, I expect to have a good time. http://www.rockriverhog.com/ End Edit> Hope to see you there! (Message edited by asdf on September 06, 2006) |

That is a great reason to get together for a ride - not that I need one. I will see what I can do. And to Matt and Dan, I am in Milwaukee and am always looking to ride any chance I get .. even if it's not a big group ride. Let me know when you are free. Brian |

My wife cried before the actual day came. She got little teared up watching her get on the bus. It must be a mother thing. My mom said she cried when I went to school. |

I was proud to Toni on Wednesday. It was also Thomas's 1st day of school on Wednesday. She didn't cry at all.
This picture is from today, Thomas's 2nd day of school. The school wanted the parents to come up to the classroom the 1st 2 days of school, after that, they're on their own. I get some weird looks from the other parents riding in to the school to meet Toni and Thomas there |

Brian, yes Dad is still riding Mom's bike, but hopefully it will be finished this weekend. We lost one of the pieces that needs to go on the bike, or it would have been done last week. And as far as crying, I didn't cry only because I was standing behind Steve trying to compose myself. I figured if I cry so will Thomas. |

I didn't realize Thomas was going to Kindergarten this fall. Is mom having any separation issues during the day? Sara is coping pretty good. She has had a couple of trips to plan, which has taken up a lot of her day. |

I got pulled over on the bike last night. Seems my registration was expired, since APRIL! I guess I need to pay better attention to such things. Never got any notice in the mail so I figured it was good until next year. The ticket is $160, $23 for registration, $10 late fee, and $3 for the pleasure of waiting 1.5 hours at the DMV to get my new paperwork. I guess it is better to get it taken care of now, instead of getting stopped on the 23rd when me and friend our going to attempt a Saddle Sore 1000! |

To those of you that are on my Brew City BRAG email list, you've already received this, or will shortly... I'll apologize in advanced for my lack of planning rides this summer. It's been a bit crazy for us. But on a better note, Dave Klosterman, and Matt(Carparts) have worked out plans for a ride on Sunday. Now, this ride is only going to happen if the weather conditions allow it. It's not the type of ride to do on wet roads. If the weather looks good, we'll meet at Hals HD this Sunday, September 10th at 11:30AM, Kickstands up by no later than noon! If the weather looks uncertain, we'll meet at the Park & Ride on Hwy83, at Hwy 16? Kickstands up at 12:30, or whenever the rain clears. For those of you that plan on going on this ride, please reply and leave me a phone number where you can be reached, in case of cancellation, or change of plans. Thanks again to Matt and Dave. |

We missed you, Dora! In fact, due to your absence, we talked about you as if we were attending your funeral. You know how folks say the nicest things about someone at their funeral? Well, you got a premature funeral last night! See you on the Keep America Beautiful, Save the Breasts Ride on Saturday 30 September, and then again the next day on Sunday 1 October for the Slimy Crud Run. Have Fun! |

If I would have known that my plans for the weekend were going to fall through I would have said something at the meeting. So now I'm up for some riding, probably tomorrow cuz sunday looks like rain. If anyone wants to meet up and just go for awhile, let me know. -Matt |
