Hey Shred, I didn't get the pm. Feel free to email me directly at russtyson69 at yahoo dot com On another note. I got my bike back from the 10k service. I asked for the synthetic oil. WOW.. my bike didn't run/shift this smoothly when it was brandy new! I am loving it! Should I need to reset my suspension after a fork rebuild? It could be my imagination, but it seems a little softer up front now. (Message edited by ratyson on August 25, 2006) |

LightninDave has great taste in women. Reckon we'll run 'er off? Not all wimins taste the same. Us? What's not to love? Shred - What'd they end up needing to do to your bike? Inquiring minds with the same symptoms want to know. (Message edited by kdan on August 25, 2006) |

I hope not,she is cool chick tho'. Rat, please do not mistake a fork oil change with a rebuild, all they do is pop the cap and drain it, no new seals etc... if they even do that. Lucky for you they did, many of my pals did not get that done and the one guy who did got his forks screwed up. You must reset the susp. Shred, I need to come and play on the R6! |

Thank you for your lists everyone! I'm now working on what I can buy and keep in stock. The tire mounting prices are out of the question, period. That is mandated by the mothership and cannot deviate the pricing. I can on the other hand keep tire prices for Powers and Diablos down if you would at least buy the tire here. I know Cyclegear and everyone else will save you a couple of dollas on mounting if you buy the tires from them. All I'm trying to accomplish here is trying to stock usable stuff here. Is it the general concensus that you would all buy these $200 CRG levers if we stock them? I can't get the shop to carry stuff just to look at. Remember, these list need to be stuff you would buy. You can always get your stuff cheaper from DaveS if you want, but that's not the point. We are in need of support from the 3%er's. It's about keeping us up to speed with the parts you need. I would love to be able to just give you the stuff you need but I can't. I have alot of the stuff you all mentioned too. Frame touch-up: got it here. Tuber stuff: I have more of this stuff here than you can imagine!!! City X "X": is not available separate Catch can: not Buell authorized. I am trying to help everyone here, so don't get upset that we don't always have your parts on hand. Remember I can Purchase Order from any dealer that has what you want. If you all need something very specific, then you will have to give me some advance, like at least a week. DaveS charges you shipping on EVERYTHING you order. We do not, as long as you pick it up here. Residential shipping is astronomical if you haven't checked lately. Sorry if it sounds like ranting, I'm trying to make this a win/win situation for us all. We know your not ranting, we also know your hand is being held by another company that does not really understand the Buell Customer. Who told you tire mounting is mandated by Harley? I was told they would drop to a flat fee for mounting to be competitive. Just a question not an attack. By the way, Thanks for all your efforts behind the counter locally to get us what we need and want. Also thanks to the Non Buellers behind the counter that try to keep us happy as well, before smoke you were the folks we trusted. |

> Tuber stuff: I have more of this stuff here than you can imagine!!! When's the garage sale? I'll be in for my 2.5k mile service on the Uly tomorrow, and I need to pick up my new windscreen and clutch lever too. Should I empty out one of my suitcases for tuber parts?? P.S. Those Buell traction grips will fit my M2, right? After a couple of thousand miles on the Uly with them, I'm addicted. |

Cyclegear is $20 off the bike you buy their tires, $25 for someone elses tires. Cyclegear will not take tires off of bikes, they refer them to Two Brothers. Two Brothers are hard to beat, they give us a 3%ers discount, $10 bucks of mounting and balancing and the tires are very competitive with online pricing. |

Ratyson, You NOW have PM Thanks Shred.. I really appreciate that! We had an EXHAUSTING weekend, that is for sure. The little boy is 4 and is a special needs child, the little girl is 3 and is as smart as can be. They had not seen eachother in about 4 months (they are in separate foster homes), so when they got together, their emotions went crazy... there was a lot of crying and screaming for about 4 hours on saturday. But they finally settled down. We do really need to think very hard about these two. We are not sure if we can really provide what the little boy needs. We both feel that he needs parents with much more experience. So we are going to talk to some counselors and see what happens. (Message edited by RATyson on August 28, 2006) |

Russ, sounds like y'all had a full weekend. I know it's going to be a hard decision. You'll have to balance between listening to your heart, and your head. I think y'all have all the heart you'll need. It won't be easy starting off with two, but if that's what y'all decide, you'll figure a way. Parenting is all about figuring a way. |
