The blue beast is on the lift at SMHD. They put it on the lift late this afternoon. Tom said he couldn't get it to go in any gear. Hopefully they are willing to make a move to the big city worth my wild. Do not wanna do it, but necessity breeds motivation. Anyway, going to Vicksburg for some riverboat gambling this weekend with the ladies in my life. Mom and I are driving down to meet my sisters who are coming from Texas. The circumstances (a morbid anniversary) suck but I take what I can get if it means time with da fam. Maybe the HardLuck will change and I will win the capital to initialize the plan! That would let you "see" what they look like without all the extra effort of swapping brakes and tires. Tires can be swapped for about $40 a set, Phil is willing to pay for the $50 brake hardware kit for you. So your total for this swap would be like $50. Stealth, enjoy the time with the fam! Unfortunately got talked into a poker game with some buddies that never have evenings off... I know this isn't exactly the best/right place for this, but I've got a friend who's run into some hard times and asked me for help unloading his R6. It's a 2006 and has 2100 miles on it. Its a beautiful bike. If I didn't have my heart set on saving up for a uly (or maybe an adventure gs *gulp*) I'd consider it. He's asking 7k on it, but is open to (reasonable) negotiation. So, if anyone is interested or knows someone in the market for something like this, please drop me a line. We decided not to go, then to go at the last min. As we get there BA gets talked into the Wet T-Shirt contest! She pulled a second place finish!!!!! Even Kimber got out there for the contest!!
