Jim, Hollands, if you are coming from the I-40 intersection will be on your right. There is a barn right across the Hwy from it. Again, if you are coming from that direction and you start to see a creek/river on your right, it is right after that.

wow, the one with all three of us in there was some nice photoshopping. Thats the one that freaked me out. I didn't think any of us managed to get a picture with all 3 : ) I haven't had a chance to take the bike back apart yet, its been a busy week at work and whether or not it is the race ECM, nothing is going to be done about it for at least a few months. I'm not a huge ebay user, so I looked over the link, but didn't bid or anything. Maybe one of these days.

U4euh - you have way too much time on your hands! You know you made their hearts stop, as mine did a dive for you all!

We cleaned out one side of the shop out back, the center section is next!! Slow, but sure progress. Soon we'll have enough inside parking for 6-8 bikes. Of course, I think this means company and Carlos thinks he's hit the motherload!

'errr well we were down hwy 50 as we blew past it me thinks, the "hey wait a minute thing" hit me, thinking that was the case.
and we did it Sat Am. We also missed [??old maple hill road ]

I introduced Dave to a little known local culinary oddity in Castlehayne, The Pauls place hot dog, as a "welcome" to the area.

Pauls may sell the "special relish" in your area, the Pauls hot dog "all the way" is mustard, onions, and the "special relish" on a boiled hotdog in a steamed bun. There are basicaly two local veiws of this cullinary item, love em or hate em, The stand was a gas station at one time and has operated for 2 or 3 generations by the Paul family, its not the fish camp, it is unique and totaly local.

** there is a Pauls restraunt at 408 off of I 40, same Pauls + Food, not the same as the old place. [ at 117 & 211 ]

Thanks for the FC location I will maybe look to have one more long day ride I am starting to thing about Meeting up with Ferris Bueller and crew as they head north, on the park way. they are comming early september.

Oldog - Carlos & I are also talking about the BratPac Adventure as well. I think I saw somewhere where Glenn is also thinking about it.

If we do it, we'll probably do the VA ride, as my Dad has a place in Hillsville VA right on the Blue Ridge Parkway. If you decide to go, let us know. I'm trying to be brave and convince myself that my butt will regain feeling after a long ride on the back of the Uly......VA is also closer than Franklin!

We're talking about the Fish Camp as well. I haven't been there since I met you last year. Maybe we can swing something this coming weekend and Dave can come out again.

U4euh - if you get Sabrina a dirt bike, you'll force Carlos to get Carlee one. Then we'll have to find a place to ride them. C3 Jr. Dirt Bikers!!

I have to look at the work sched, I wanted to go to topeka and meet Jerry on the "adventure", missed that If I can I wan't to meet up with him this time out lets explore that, Ineed to get the dates I am over due a good ride

Is now a good time to mention next years Daytona? I have a time share that I pay for and have not used, I am thinking about an exchange for daytona next spring, because of a health issue I dont camp

For some of these guys, it's never too early to mention Daytona! Start a thread on the C3 Adventure Folder for Daytona/Bike Week 2007. This will keep all the info together and remind people to request vacation time if they want to go next year. I'm sure there will be another party at VegasBueller's house again as it was a big success this year.

Let us know what dates you're looking at for BratPac. We're looking at the weekend of September 8-10.
