The other thing we could do is have the MD Buellers cross over the 301 bridge and the VA Buellers can meet them at the Sheetz gas Station at 301 in Dalghren. | ||

Good morning, I hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. This Saturday July 8th is our scheduled our monthly meeting for the Frederick Brag Chapter. Location: HD-Buell of Frederick Time: 1PM I do not have a ride planned for this Saturday. We may make a trip up to Gettysburg after the meeting. Topics of discussion: Current events: Gettysburg Bike Week July 6-9 Upcoming rides: VIR August 18th -20th Road Atlanta - Sep 1-3 PA Reservoir Ride - Date TBD Your favorite ride. Show us your favorite roads. There is plenty of room on the calendar for rides in July/August. Two racing events in the area next weekend on Saturday July 15 AHDRA Drag Racing at Budds Creek, MD AMA Dirt Track at Virginia Motor Speedway near Saluda, VA Who's interested in riding to either of these races? Things to keep in mind, MD riders will have to deal with the Wilson Bridge switch, which will probably mean the 301 bridge will be unusually busy. The Dirt track Races begin at 7 pm, end at around 10 or so, so if you're not staying down there it's a late night trip home. Maybe the MD guys can ride over to the drag races, the VA riders can go to the dirt track? Let me know | ||

Lots of chiefs, not many indians signed up yet for this Saturday...... Maybe we can start with a Ramon & gang riding down from Frederick to Sterling to join you & your gang, then you both can ride down to East Coast HD in Dumfries, VA to meet me then we can ride down to the dirt track race track, the people that want to go to the race can stay, the rest can take the twisties back home before dawn. In my case: Va Buellers can meet me at Custom Cycle Accesories in Springfield, VA at around 12. Or maybe Va Buellers can meet me at East Coast, HD in Dumfries, VA at around 1 pm. MD Buellers can meet up with thre rest of us at the WAWA Station at the intersection of Routes 301 and 206 after crossing the Nice Bridge at say, 2 pm? | ||

Mio! Hey man, what's up? Feel like coming down for a few miles? Brad, Yeah.. I was pondering heading out Saturday for a bit... See post above.. Jose had been talking about doing the races.. I'm probably going to do more of a 'FUGAWI' style ride.. unless you wanna check out a few roads out west for future use.. (i'm going to lead a ride for BRAT PAC II when they get up here in Sept.) .. What say? If we leave from someplace more.. uh.. north west (like the Sheetz at 66 and 15?) then we can go out towards Winchester and explore a few roads I know.. and another or two that I want to check out.. Or we can meet at East Coast and just thump around a bit .. it's all good.. Fun too.. Jose are you locked into going to the dirt track or are you free to go.. where ever on a whim? I'll look for a response .. soon.. So I know which way to turn when leaving my place. (Mio, and anyone else from that direction, if you're coming out, we can meet at my place (or nearby)and head out from there if you don't know where E-C H-D is) | ||

I'll have to pass on the flat track racing. Drag racing's out, I just don't have the legs to wear a dress. I'd take you up Blublak, but I plan on staying as far away from the Wilson bridge as possible. So if anyone is looking to run some roads in southern Maryland - Annapolis lets talk. | ||

I'm in a bit of a bind and need some help installing a Micron exhaust. I would love to find someone trustworthy to work on my bike (Battley Cycles need not apply!). I only have a rear stand and don't know if a front is needed as well or what. Any suggestions for anyone in the Gaithersburg, MD or surrounding areas? Thanks Mio | ||
