This guy, dropped his bike over pulling into Hals dealership earlier that morning due to a bad leg.Someone at the Buell factory heard the story and brought out parts to fix his bike.THATS the kind of stuff that SEPERATES Buell from ALL the others.Name another motorcycle factory that would do that kind if thing. This wasnt the only instance of this kind of thing happening this year, and I personally have seen it happen at every homecoming since 2001.You guys who have never been to homecoming...........you missed out this year. |

Hey Richie & Keith, Great to have ya back again this year. Always look forward to having ya here. Thanks again for all the help and it sure is quiet around here without ya's. Wish I could make it down for the CCS races in Topeka and meet the girls. I heard there's a drag strip there. hehe

We had an early morning start. Our first fuel stop is Zipz, so we both top off the tanks before heading north and east.
We are about an hour plus into the trip up and the rain starts. We stopped to put rain gloves on and head on.
About 5 hours or so later we are finally out of the rain. It's time to start drying out.
Wow, we made it to East Troy! It was around 6:00. Time to get the bikes unloaded and get checked into the hotel and go find some dinner.
Look at the Awesome view out my hotel window.
The bikes in the hotel parking lot the next morning. We expected more people at this hotel. It was a couple of blocks from the Buell plant.
This Firebolt owner left his key in the seat release lock over night. I bet he freaked when he couldn't find his key.
These two guys road in from Greensboro, NC
Race bike at Hal's
Used leathers...Ouch!!
Bikes at Hal's for breakfast.
"Hey look this bike has an expresso machine on it."
A different looking 12R
Getting the big guys autograph.
Buell had banners like this hanging inside the plant from past Homecomings.
We made it up to Appleton. The was the longest 130 miles I have ever rode. Not sure why, but it seemed to take forever.
We toured the air museum at Oshkosh. It was a pretty cool place. Bob took a spin in this old by plane.
The Buell race big that crashed on Saturday. That was a big bummer!!
Okay can you say "Show Me The Money!"
This was our view of the race near the Buell tent. The factory people treated the BRAG members really well.
