Ok, here is the news on the track day: We did not sell as many, so we are making it more attractive. The price for one day is now only $200. I have a form here at the shop that will save everyone an additional $25, making the price only $175. For those of you who have already paid, I will credit you back the $235 and you have to got to private track time's website to register. If you have any questions call me. Clown |

Cmgaviao, Barber track day July 8th and 9th Clown, Thanks for listing the new prices I forgot to post them last night. Leon and PTT have been working on the pricing for about two weeks, I wasn't allowed to let the cat out of the bag until last night and forgot. www.privatetracktime.com (Message edited by shred on May 25, 2006) |

Hey all, just dropping a note to let you know I made it home. Fortunately for my bike it isn't trash pickup day tomorrow, or I might've just left the damn thing at the end of the driveway.

I didn't really care for Jeffrey's. The venue was ok, but the service was slow, and the band was so loud it was impossible to talk. |

The band sucked out loud The band wasn't very good. They could have turned it down a bit, I hate to have to yell for someone at the same table as I to hear me. And they weren't very talented either. Where to next?

Jeffery's was lame last night....The weather didn't help any. We're the real "Bad Weather Bikers" Charlie and I had our Vortex fix for the week 'burgers and a nice cold beer. HA...HA...HA... |

Sanchez, How dare you talk about your bike like that. You can always drop it off at my driveway. I'll give her a good home. |

Matt, Thought it was just your shock at first... Mine did that but the main oil line blew puking oil onto the center patch and brakes of the rear tire going 85mph. Made life interesting getting it stopped. Glad you "parked" it safely. |

Looks like my culprit is the gearcase gasket. One of the Old Schoolers had a great idea: clean up the area and then spray it down with Curex (aerosol foot powder). The leak shows right up in the white powder. Phil, can you see if you have a gearcase gasket in stock for a 2002 M2? If not, can you order one for me? I can pick it up the week after next when I get back into town. |

Sanchez, we have 4 of them in stock. they are $4.55 each. Glad to hear that's all it is, and that's a great idea to find leaks! I don't think you have to worry about us selling all of them before you get back. |

New12R - here you go... Obvious Way 85 to 75 South towards Macon 16 to Savannah OR... 78 towards Monroe Hwy 11 South (two lane 90%) This will take you to Gray Right on 129 to Macon 16 South in Macon and continue to Savannah ***Mostly 2 lane to Macon OR... 78 through Athens, 78 will change to 17 Changes to Hwy 1 16 South to Savannah ***Very scenic route BA said that yall would be leaving at midnight so the interstate should be wide open for yall which would allow for better time. The other two ways are very country and you can always expect some animals in the road! Coming back to Atlanta on Monday during the day is going to be bad given that everyone will be coming back from vacation too. So you may want to consider one of the back roads for the return trip. |

Kdan- nice pics!! Hope ya'll had a good time. Everyone- anybody heard anything at all about Zox helmets?? This Spectra is Snell/DOT approved. I like the looks of it and at $150 +/- it seems like a decent deal. I miss my old Freddie Spencer Arai replica but I can't see spending $500+ on a helmet. Especially after the Motorcyclist Helmet test results.

Sweet lookin helmet. I have a hard time with helmets fitting. So if you know it fits, go for it, if you don't know, see if you can find one at a local shop. It's a pain I know, it's what I have to do.
