Hey everyone got some BAD news!!
I don't know all the details yet just got a call from Laurie ,Jimmy's mom ,and found out Jimmy wrecked his bike last night an is at Gwinnett Medical with a broken collarbone, they are doing surgery this afternoon at1:00. She asked that we all keep him in our prayers! will post more info when She calls me back!

Just got back from Grady visiting the parental unit. She is doing well. Walked in the hall some with a walker on her good leg. She will most likely go home on Saturday. She is upbeat and ready to get out of the Shiot hole.

Rode the bike for the first time since Saturday today to the gym. It was a little weird 'cause I just haven't been in the mood. As soon as I fired her up the obsessed switch flipped back on. Damn...I'm ready to RIDE!

Sanchez...Blue looks extra juicy.

Jimmy...my thougths are with you.....Hope that is all you hurt.

Tomorrow is me and Chrissy's 5th wedding anniversary. We are headed out to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend. Ya'll be safe this weekend if you ride....bad things happen in threes.

The weather wasn't bad at all. It sprinkled all the way to SMHD, but the sun came out on the way to the V. The traffic was slow enough on the way out that I was able to hang out and have a rolling conversation with a guy on a Honda. Let me give you a word of warning with regards to rain, though. The Buell slingbag is many things - stylish, comfortable, convenient - but it is not waterproof. Not even a little bit.

You guys missed the best looking S1 I've ever seen. It had some nice custom carbon body work, a twin carb setup with a forcewinder on each side, a chain drive conversion, a custom license plate mount down on the swingarm, and probably a bunch of other stuff I missed. I hung around for a while, but I couldn't locate the owner, unfortunately.

sanchez, not to burst your bubble, but i think i know the bike you are talking about. the intake on the left side is only for asthetics as far as i know. it is a damn good looking bike though!!

I got pelted by hail on the way home from work, got kind of cold after the rain and hail stopped. Thought of how nice a hot shower would be before I headed out to the V. Only to find out my neighbor hadn't paid his water bill. Why should that matter to me you ask...
Well Gwinnett county can't read evidently, and cut my water off instead of his. Give them a call and they were very nice and said they were sorry, but....can't turn it back on until Friday sometime? WTF!
I ask if I can turn it back on, "sure you can if it's not locked"...it's locked.
Anyway I decided I'd hang out with Cody and go to practice...hit again with another bad storm...
I just can't win! : (

My Motard dream might come true sooner than I expected. I have a friend that lives in Agusta, Ga. His wife is 3 months pregnant. He currently has a 2004 CRF450 that he desn't ride much. He is anal, like myself, and it is spotless. He bought it new and has less than 80 hrs on it. He wants to sell it and I get first dibs when he decides to do so. I could possible get it dirt cheep 'cause he doesn't need to make a profit from the sell.

Who has any knowledge of this bike and what would be the expected cost to motard it out?
I know there is a kit for the electrical stuff made just for that bike.
