I'd guess your chances of getting a room at Seibkens is slim to none. Your best bet would be to find somebody that will let you sleep on the floor. Looks like we found someone to actually let us sleep in a bed, a friend's uncle lives in that area !! |

Taken from the May issue of MOTORCYCLIST This is in the Tear-off section under the heading "Buellishness". BRAG,tHE buell Riders Adventure Group, will hostits annual Homecoming Rally at company headquartersin East Troy,Wisconsin,June2-4. Buell owners will have the opportunity to spend time with company founder Erik Buell, witness motorcycles being built on the assembly line, participate in a service seminar and take in the AMA Superbike races at nearby Road America. For further information on this or other BRAG events, visit www.buell.com . Ithought it was kinda cool that it had some mention finally in a national Rag for once. To bad the people that may read it aren't really going to take in whole "BIG" picture. |

There's some neat surprises in store at the factory on Friday as well. Miss it at your own peril. I have it on good authority that there is a grassroots "Adopt a Dane" effort afoot...this could get GOOD! |

Schedule is updated on BRAG's website now. But they could have added Appleton's gig along with Hals. It's not like BRAG doesn't know about it! http://www.buell.com/en_us/brag/adventures/2006/homecoming-schedule.asp |

"they could have added Appleton's gig" But it's not an "official" BRAG event. Don't get me started again on this BS subject. Sometimes I wonder what they're smoking over there.

Lawyers and corporate liability over-rides many issues. Be happy, print flyers, tag bikes at events with flyers, hand out coupons for free Kool-Aid, and play the game offered. |

Part of my reason for going to the "Officer" training this weekend, is to find out WHAT they are smoking these days Should I pick you up a supply if I find out what they are smoking, Dennis? I think they've added their fair share of stress to everyone's life, who has been involved with this homecoming gig. |

All things considered, I'd rather have TOO MANY folks trying to slather their hospitality on me rather than too few. Kudos to the folks at Buell, B.R.A.G., Hal's, Appleton, Badweb and TEAM ELVES who have brought this event together. We could have done it a bit prettier but you can bet it's gonna be one of the "must see" motorcycle gigs of the year. I can't wait. Court |
