I think new12r is going to get a little mad at me, when i am on that thing all day.I'm almost always the one pleading with him to get off the computer for two minutes to spend time with me . I was down in the big city over the weekend.
I got in a little urban assault riding yesterday. If you can call accelerating through first to stop at the next light riding.
Turned some of the boys on Busas heads at the BP while trolling for squid.

From Phipps Plaza...Wieuca, to Roswell Rd. North, to Mt Paran to Northside Dr. to Marietta...Wild ride through the McMansions. And it pisses the rich people off. That's the Bambi'nators ride to and from work and it's a rush for in town cruising.

hey Russ,
tim here. if you thought it rained friday night, you should have been there thursday night. it started when the gates opened, 2 hailstorms, 7" rain according to one of the Barber museum workers. lots of fun to set camp. some ducati fellows let us stay in their trailer during the worst of it. the #111 blew the primary bike friday afternoon and ran a pro thunder spec bike just to run some laps on saturday. down on power and couldn't keep up.

Sounds like thursday was rough!
But Saturday and Sunday sure were worth the wetness of Friday!

I got home yesterday, and saw how clean my bike was, sitting in the garage, and was quite happy that I did not bring it. : )

I go down there once a month or once every other month for a day ride or overnight. Still have some friends down there. Going to try get down there in May, I'll post it here.
