I just got back from my very first time in a helicopter! Greg has been taking everyone up an around the mountain.

Thanks to everyone that came out. I know the weather was sucking and hope everyone made it home dry.

Sorry, I didn't have more content for the meeting. I guess you could say that we blew our load for MBIII. Any suggestions for next meeting with be appreciated.

I made it back to base camp 97% dry thanks to New12R's rain gear.

The other 3% is wet all the time anyway.

I made it to Bambi's. I was wet when I got here. Just a little...The very top of my head was dry. The Pilot roads work good in the rain. The 6 inch deep puddles will screw you up though. Some doofus trying to waterski or something spun out next to me and careened off the wall like a pin-ball. Normally I would have stopped to help, but this peckerhead, I could only hope was dead.

Odie....got the package. One good thing about this war is Pres. Bush is putting $412 million into prosthetics research. There should be some really awesome components that will be developed in the coming years. Now if he would only do something about these gas prices....


Speaking of gas prices.....How many of ya'll run 87 or 89 octane gas? Just curious...I have never run anything other than 93. Would it be a bad thing to run cheaper gas?


Clown....I will burn a copy of that DVD and get it to you. You'll have to pony up and get a better DVD player than your beloved Quazar. Sorry, I can't make the party...I'm REALLY bummed about it. I tried 87 in mine last year when the local gas stations ran out of the higher stuff... The bike knocked and pinged like a mofo at low rpms. 90 might work better, but there was none of that at the time either.
