I hope you have good luck at the bike show. I plan on doing some laps in the mountains. Sat. looks good and the Buell is ready. I just hope the weather gods are right.

So what are we looking at on Stealths' bike? A whole engine rebuild or just the front jug? I'm sure that there are enough of us here to help out. I can contribute in some way. I just need to know what is needed. Whoever knows, start spittin..

HA Ha very funny! S_B...I have no comback at the moment. You cought me at a moment of weakness.

Drift.....Not sure how the header paint is gonna hold up but I'm very optimistic. It looks great and very easy to paint on the bike. Header wrap looks good to. I guess its just which you like better. Look at it this way....If the paint doesn't hold up you can just wrap it.

I used the same stuff on my old EX500, and it's holding up great.

Hello 3%ers'

I've been slammed at work and with baby duties. After two weeks of shopping for a truck I brought home a Silver 05' Ram 1500 4 door with all power options. It seemed like I kept finding better deals with extra goodies like 20" wheels, HEMI, leather. I just decided to stick with cloth and small V8 with 17" wheels. The tires are much cheaper to buy than for the BLING 20" wheels.

I heard a rumor that Lightning_Dave has a new "Lightning" and sounds like thunder....

I am broken- a little too much skiing, hiking, dancing and just having fun. So I'm just surfing the net today.

I read the minutes from the meeting and it said to bring your BRAG number to the motorcycle show for a free shirt
YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR VIN #

You have to prove you own a Buell to get the shirt.

I would hate for you guys to get to the show and get denied cuz you don't have your VIN #
When Matt & I went here in CO, we had to show our registration, the guy took them, copied the numbers and then gave us the shirts.

Buell666- you can get two shirts :} cuz you'll have two VIN #'s

Fired up the pony....Its somewhat louder with the metal grate out but sounds good. I rode it around my neighborhood circle without my helmet and the first thing I noticed was no rattle. Smooooooth. Good call S_B......I'll have to see what it sounds like on the highway later. Hey, is that paint suppose to smoke? I thought for a min that it would burst into flames from the amount of smoke coming off it.

Drift.....the paint goes on Matte but as soon as it gets hot it turns flat. Looks awesome.

I used grill paint from Home Depot. It's flat black and advertised as being good to 1200 degrees.

Hey, is that paint suppose to smoke?

Just got home from the hospital. Judy just had our 5th grandbaby tonight. Another boy, Andrew and he was pretty good size at 8lbs and 9oz. She had to have a c-section but ever thing went well.
