ATTENTION UBRAGGERS!!!! The editors of FUELL magazine have chosen us to be the featured BRAG chapter in the next issue. We need a good group pic. AND WE NEED IT NOW!! Considering work schedules, I suggest we take the picture on Sunday. As in THIS Sunday, the 15th. The Packers don't play until 3:15, so let's do the pic at 1:00. We can meet at the I94 shop. It would be GREAT to get everyone to show up. Let me know if you can't make it. If there are too many who can't make it, perhaps we'll try a different time/day. | ||

Don, that's awesome. I can make it on Sunday. Did they tell you what kind of format they want the picture in (actual photograph, digital, etc.)? If no one else has access to one, I could probably borrow the digital camera we have here at work. Bigger question, is there anyone willing to ride to this to get a couple of bikes in the picture? I guess as a sidenote, maybe we could try to get some extra copies of that issue to use in recruiting new members. Never looks too bad to be able to show someone the strength of the group. | ||

Lake... You keep doing that Maui Wowie and you are going to start seeing race faced Keebler elves all day and night. LMAO!!! However, since you are so set on this thing, I will match your hundred to help get this thing going. Anybody else want to chip it??? This could not only end up a lot of fun, but could get us some good press in the IL/WI papers. If the project does get off the ground, after we get the color coat on, I suggest that Court be invited to supply graphics ideas and the usual decals. | ||

I'll keep an eye on the bidding (just for shits & grins). Probably won't buy. I don't have the storage space (or cash, if it get too high). They had a 194? H-D for sale about 2 monthes ago. It sold for around $15K. It seems that the State of Wisconsin is ALWAYS auctioning some type of vehicle. They even had a car ferry for auction at one point. On a totally unrelated subject.... Only 10 more days before the days start getting longer!!! It's the first step toward spring!! |
