If we reserve 3 camp sites we would be limited to 18 tents. The cost would be 18.00 a night per site. I think that this would be a good get together for the chapter funds to pick up. I can also reserve a fixed number of rooms for those less adventursome. They would only be available for a short period of time, then they would be released to the public. The cost of the rooms is around 80.00 a night. Rooms would have to be paid for by the inhabitants. This is just a suggestion. If it sounds like a bad idea, "TOO BAD". If anyone is interested, give me some idea as to what weekend would be good.   Grndskpr Posted on Friday, November 22, 2002 - 09:41 am:        Dont you think we should talk about this at a meeting, maybe allow the entire chapter to vote, or at least get an idea of how many people would come, i dont think its a bad idea, but if its a small group, do you even think we would need 3 sites, maybe we should open this subject up at a meeting and see what people think, or is this becoming a dictatorship?????? Nice rooms, pretty cheap if you double up (even cheaper if you double up in the beds, but I'm NOT going there!!!!!!) P.S. And the camp thing could be a great Chapter get together, however funds from the Chapter require the vote of the Chapter...like Rogers said, we can bring it up @ the next meeting. Just a reminder that we need a head count for food for the Chapter Christmas party,if you and your signifacant other are attending...post it here on BWB or e-mail Nancy, myself or call Sam @ the dealer, as I will be checking in with him. I was just trying to get an idea of what the response would be. This is why noone speaks up at meetings, it seems people are afraid of being struck down. What a bunch of crap.
