Leaving for Jennings Fl, today around 3 . I've never seen New12r so giddy,he is so funny he is like a kid in a candy store.

B_S I would like to meet at hwy 136 on 400. I will show you some back roads to Suches that is fun. We can meet around 11 if you want to. That would put us back in Suches by noon. |

Man what a day. Had the best time I have had in a long time. Lots of bikes to mess with. I passed so many bikes today. This one guy on a Gixxer 1000 gave me a good fight. He did pass me one time but it did not take long to pass him back. Fun fun fun.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I rode home from work this morning about 07:30. It was 28 degrees. It was an excellent ride with zero traffic and twisty country roads, but it was probably noon before I could pee standing up! |

Mountainrider, There were plenty of guys on the track with 1000's that jimmy and I were smoking through the straights. We were coming off the corners so hard they did not stand a chance.
I have found a new love for passing on the outside as well, we have a little video footage of me passing a BMW on the outside of turn 13. |

Sounds like you had fun. I am glad you held your own with the more powerfull bikes. What most people do not understand is that the bike is just a fraction of what it takes to be fast. The rider is the most important factor. A great rider on a slow bike will beat a bad rider on a fast bike every time. I am sure that you are one of those great riders. It was a good start to the new year for both of us. Cannot wait until we can ride togeather it will just get better. |

Got a call from my buddy Chris on his way back from Jennings. He said they were set up next to you guys.
He wanted me to tell you guys thanks for being part of an enjoyable track day weekend!
He and Ronnie said they had a great time and that it could not have been a better way to get back on the horse after a bad wreck.
Hope everyone felt better than I did yesterday! MAN did I feel like craaaaap. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Ratyson, your pals were cool, they had some nice bikes, the RC51 with the single exhaust sounded great.
As Clown says, its not the arrow but the indian.
Bloke had a JGP challenge set up, it was a Kawi EX500 set up for the track, If you got beef with someone for $25 you can both run 6 laps on the EX500 to see who is faster, the two this weekend were running 1.30's! I was going balls to the wall running 1.45's plus. Those dudes were fast!! |

N12R, I'm glad you got to the track. Sucks the bike broke down. I only ran on sat. but still had a blast watching you and jimmy get on the track for the first time. I'll get the pics to you soon. I'll post a couple good ones on the board and give you the other pics. 'You pasted the BMW.....' The groups were smaller on sunday that was nice. How was the weather after we left? We'll get to ride together soon.
Leon, nice to meet you. Anytime your around and doing a track day you know the # give me a ring.
