Mtnchld- we'll be out to the west of you by Tuesday afternoon. The whole extended family on my wifes side is going to Salt Lake City until the 26th. I can't wait!! Always flew over or been to the southwest but never actually touched the big hills out west. Aaaahhhhh... a week of snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling, spending time with the family, and, of course, drinking!! (I don't drink at home anymore, well, ok, an occasional beer) I can't wait to get into the snow again.... |

mountainrider... try using this program with a firewire cable and see if it helps... if your using XP... Start^Run^moviemk.exe make sure you capture first... then you can edit... this program isn't bad for basic stuff... and its free! let me know if you have any questions... Stealth... I am very interested... can you e-mail with how much bandwidth and space you have on your hosting... I would like quite a bit and I am willing to help out with the costs... or just purchase my own if necessary... looking to do large internet videos... also thinking about making a MarchBadness DVD... thanks... Duchtr@gmail.com For all of you who may care... Randy Chase @ www.chasecam.com gave me a good deal on a bullet cam... he's good company and I agreed to sport his stickers on my frame... squidish I know... but I hear through my little green men on the street corner he is working on a Hard drive based bulletcam... no Camera required... |

New12R/Skeletor dropped by so we went and gave the revamped camera mount a run......it sucked! More shakey than before so Fran_dog....you were right. More rigid the better and the weight of the camera acts like a pendulum causing more shakes. I did get New12R aka Skeletor doing a about a 1/4 mile standing wheelie while passing a van in the slow lane of a two laner on Spaulding Dr. WOW! Back to the drawing board. If my 3rd attempt does have good results than I and going to pony up and get a Helmet Cam with my Christmas bonus. |

The guy is in Norcross and 130.00 is hard to beat. My set up works great. I have a Sony DCR-HC30 Handycam and this baby is small. Bought it used off Ebay for about half of new. Here is the Ebay link to the helmet cam. http://cgi.ebay.com/Sony-480-line-Color-CCD-Bullet-Cam-Helmet-Camera-Kit-NT_W0QQ itemZ7572672806QQcategoryZ23780QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Rode up to Suches and back it was pretty cold. No sun to help keep warm. Came home and got the mountain bike out. It was to cold to do that also. |

MountainRider, That bike looks sweet.. What year? A friend of mine named crazy Ron has two RD350's and TZ 250 thats in pieces. At Jennings yesterday there was a guy on a 250 that was smoken' fast. Glitch, thanks for your help, It was alot easier than the last time I went to the track bt myself. Doing all the work and riding was fun but it burned me out. That was the best 22hr road trip ever that we did yesterday. |
