Duc_htr, Clown(Cameron) at Stone mountain H-D is the guy to speak with about the details on March Demos and who is doing what and when. As far as the club (3%ers') Just bring your card and show up for a meeting that would be the easy and then you get to meet everyone in person. This is the end of the year and is time to vote on new Officers of the club. At this time Stealth is Director and Glitch is Asst-D' Our meeting have been on the third Thurs'of the month "I think" we have changed the day before. I think we would or 'should' have a meeting this month but the last time I brought it up for Nov' and then Dec' I didn't get much of an answer. Something was said about think about who to nominate over the holidays until Jan'??? I can't be sure I'd have to go back and read the posts. You can post about a meeting. The club is always excited to have new members. We all love to ride and have a good time. Sometimes just meet at the Vortex just to kick back and have a cold brew, my # is 404-216-5269 (Message edited by shred on December 11, 2005) (Message edited by shred on December 11, 2005) (Message edited by shred on December 11, 2005) |

I went for a run with the camera. Picture is Awesome! But, it shakes somewhat. Lot less than expected but enough to be annoying. The drummer sounds great when I get on it.. Even got a little footage of the camera looking into the sky from a wheelie. Gonna try to figure out how to reduce the vibration a little more. Viewing through the camera display it doesn't seem shakey but when you put it on the big screen it is somewhat. |

Shred here is a picture of the motard I used to own. Put a lot of money into it but was the most fun you could have.

Nice motard! I would love to get my hands on one. Although I know I would get in a lot more trouble. Shred, Rock on with the trailer! Now your legal. B_S, I foresee a mountain run with chase camera's in our future!! This will be great! |

I need some Brainstorming here. If I put less dense foam on the bottom of my rig..... Should it absorb more shakes?.....or should I make it shorter so it has less area to shake? These are the questions.

We love the Mini. I have passed several sport bikes in the curves and held a lot of them at bay. It does not have much power but sticks like glue. I have only broke it loose one time and then I was doing about 80 in a curve that was marked 30mph but 50 would have been easy. Then it just went sideways and the traction control kicked in and helped me save it.It is like the motard not much power but lite weight and nibble as all get out. |

B_S I would tend to think the softer the foam the more it will absorb... but the structure of what you are using will help keep the movement down while your bike is in motion... I might think trying what you have... cut out a little more in the middle with some softer foam inside minimizing the shake from the motor... my $.02... Maybe try some softer foam where the strap is holding the foam down... and also under the foam you are using... in between the airbox and dense foam... |

B_S, I see you're running into the same thing I did. Can yo make a sandwich of the two? Maybe softer, denser, softer? If you make it shorter, I would think it would shake more. |

I will cut off the bottom half and add a softer foam. This "should" help. |

I think you need to figure out how to put your strap through the foam instead of over the camera. Then mount the camera into the foam. It might not help but it seems like it would because the strap is part of the bike. When the bike vibrates it does to. Sanchez I like the tag. |

Camera mount: It could be the camera moving in the foam from the weight of the camera (inertia) (more of a result of the camera weight than the vibrations of the bike. I tend to think stiffer is better. Insert jokes here________________... |
