Go Sox! I will also make the call Early Sunday morning. Not too interested if it wet, kind of takes the fun out of the ride........buy I'm always willing to reconsider if there are some die-hards out there. |

Tom, If the ride happens tomorrow, the second meeting point (9:00am) is GAS CITY located on Lemont Road just south of I-55. The easiest way to get there from IL-HD is as follows: Exit IL-HD southbound on Harlem Avenue. Take Harlem south to I-55. Take I-55 south towards St Louis. Once on I-55 you will pass 294, LaGrange Road, Kingery (route 83), you're getting close! Exit Lemont Road southbound. Go to GAS CITY located on west side of Lemont road about 1 mile south of I-55. |

Tom, The weather forecast for today (sunday) has changed significantly over the last 8 hours. From Chicago to Utica, there is now 30% change of rain in the morning, increasing to 40% in the late afternoon and early evening. But it will only be in the 40 degree temperature. Therefore, it looks like we could escape the rain. I'm going to church now, and will be at GAS City on Lemont road around 9:00am. If anyone is there, I'll ride to Starved Rock (or any other place that people may be interested in this morning). In other words, we're still playing it by ear right now. Based on previous posts from others, I don't expect much, if any, turnout. My mobile is 708 373-5445 but don't call until after 8:30 when I get out of church. |

Curt, are we the only ones interested in this? The temp is 33 and TWC is forecasting some rain (AccuWeather is more optimistic), so what's your call? |

It is a go. Bright sun, no clouds. Don't expect anything better this time of year. |

I will be at GAS CITY on Lemont Road around 9am. We'll play it by ear from there. Realistically, we (I) won't depart gas city until around 9:30am. So if there are any stragglers or fenece-sitters out there........come'on down |

Hey all. I've been on Bad-web for a little while and love the amount of information on here, but I think it could be organized a little better. I've started a Chicagoland Buell forum and wanted to invite all of you to come check it out. http://Buellchicago.hosted-forum.com I'm passionate about my forum and it is constantly evolving. Any suggestions will be taken seriously. Thanks, Lightningbolt. P.S. PM me if you have any questions/suggestions |

OK, so four of us made the brunch run this morning. No rain. We decided to eat breakfast at R-Place in Morris and head back because it was slightly cold and nobody wanted to push our luck with rain. Got back early afternoon. As always, it was nice to get out and ride, and the colors are just great right now. Thanks Greg, Paul and Tom for the ride. It was fun, AND we got back in time for Bears, SOX and missed the rain. |

I emailed the chapter contact list out to everyone who indicated they wanted it. A handful got kicked back as non-deliverable. Big Karl ..................are you still with us? Your email was one that got kicked back. If you are out there lurking and still want a contact list, post your correct email address here or send it to me via private message. |

Hey as many of you know I work in an inner city school. We have been doing letters to santa for a while and as per the standard more letters than people willing to give. If any of you are interested in taking a letter or work for a company that would like some letters please let me know. Kirk Yes we do get some toys for tots but much of that will be going to huricane kids. |
