Yeah CJ, don't make me create a voodoo doll of your motorcycle and stick pins in to the tires... You better make the meeting tomorrow evening. We wouldn't want you to go in to the garage and see your 4th flat tire!

I hope everyone was able to enjoy the weather today. I made it over to Team Triumph here in Janesville for their Fall Open House. They were offering demo rides on a thruxton, speed triple, sprint st, and a rocket 3. I took the speed triple for a spin. That bike is fun. Smooth steady power all through the rev range. Redlines at 10k, 6 speed tranny. I wanted to ride the sprint st as well, but I didn't have enough time. I will have to keep triumph in mind if I ever decide to replace the S3. |

I've been tempted by the Sprint ST myself. So, you and Sarah want to join us for the Brew City Christmas party on Dec 10th? We're planing on having it at the Milwaukee Ale House. |

i like it....except that its not uniquely "milwaukee" if someone didnt know brew city. is there something we can add to it to make it more identifying for the local area? D |

Well, I did think of that. I was thinking about putting the logo on a beer bottle, but I'm not sure BRAG would appreciate that |

Back when the BrewCity club was just forming it was a little bit of an arm wrestle to get them to accept "Brew City" as the name of the club. Hal's had to go to bat for us back then. "Brew City" is uniquely Milwaukee, just ask the man in charge at Hal's. (ps, sorry I haven't called, we've been waffling on what to do) |

I have sent that Logo to BRAG corporate. I'll model up an "unofficial" logo on a beer bottle |

Just a side note... As the creator of the logo the above the skyline is an exact drwing of the Milwaukee skyline (not that the average person would know that). Steve, I like the 3-D effect you added. |

It's not just a 3D effect. I actually 3D modeled it, and just used my 3D software to render the scene. It was actually fun doing this. And BRAG approved the logo. KOZ, if you notice, the BRAG portion of the logo is quite a bit bigger. Which is what their original complaint was. |

Carparts....I think there are probably some "counterfeit" patches around there somewhere. It was the last project I completed as an official Brew City officer. Some logo with a smaller BRAG logo. |

Dennis, so *YOU'RE* the culprit Matt, yeah, that's my plan. Maybe a T-Shirt or two, and some patches. We'll talk about it at the next meeting. |
