Rugger, I think they are leaving Waterloo at 7am (wx permitting) though I'm not sure where they are meeting. They plan to meet me at the Amoco in Dubuque (under the bridge) at 8:30, again that's if we go at all. I have to pull out of here about 6am to make it there on time, if it's raining I ain't leaving the garage.  | ||

Well, that was an incredibly disappointing event. There was one 05 Buell available to ride, the XB12R. There was only one Buell on the showroom floor, and that was an 05 XB12S. No XBX, no XBSs, and no XB9's at all. This is from the Buell shop that put together one of the largest Battletrax courses in the US. Unfortunately, I think they are another HD dealership that simply has a Buell tagged to their name and hates it. If there are any Buellers that went to the event and appreciated it, or if there are any that have had good experiences with Silver Eagle HD/Buell, I would love to hear about them. I keep selling them and they havent sent me any new ones yet,(I did finaly get the Ss) so inventory is very low. We are a dealership that enjoys Buell. We just got back from a track day where we took 6 Buells out and had a great day of flogging.(I'm dog tired this morning.) | ||

Craig - That is good to hear. I was a little worried there for a sec. Where did you go for track time? I have some friends from work here that are going to Road America this weekend. My first impression of Silver Eagle HD was that it was a place that liked Buells, so I got a little scared at the demo.
