he he, you got that right Carey! I did speak with CJ, he runs the ZIAthunder website. (I think) We'll be heading up to Colorado together. I spoke with Murrae today, he says him and Mabel will be making it up there also. I've got my S2 now, and it feels and sounds good, Santa Fe does great work. I'll be bringing the CityX out this weekend. The S1 is still at arrowhead getting the rims powdercoated. I'll pick that up sometime in September I think. so there may still be a chance I can rip south mountain with you one more time. " Are you still going to OctoberFast? |

Bartimus, I talked to Murrae the other day; he said you were in Albuquerque now. I am back in town as well after being in Tulsa almost a year. So lets hook up. Ping me offline when you return from CO. Have a safe trip, hope its as good as the last one we did. Watch out for deer and RV's! buelldog@earthlink.net Bob in Albuquerque |

Bob, good to hear from you. Yes I remember the deer during that Colorado ride years back. Who could forget? It was good riding with you then, and I look forward to riding with you in the future. I'm in Phoenix right now with a trailer and two trucks loaded down with my furniture. Heading back to "querque" in the morning. Your welcome to come help unload!!! I do have beer!!! if that's any enticement for hard labor, LOL. either way, yes, I'm in the state again, enchanted it most certainly is. I love it! Can't wait to burn up some twisties. I've already made Sandia Peak a daily affair. I can be reached at: 602-568-5833 (work cell) CJ, I'll call you Sunday night to get the details of time and place to meet before we head out of town. Over here, the Sandia mountains overlook Albuquerque. From a height of about 10,000 ft. you can see almost 100 miles in all directions. Shaina and I rode up there on Sunday on the city-X. Nice long windy road, light traffic, drastic temperature change. 85 degrees at the base, and 57 degrees at the top. we were only wearing t-shirts. these are just some of the views of Albuquerque from the Sandia Crest parking area. Pretty sweet, eh? There's a small gift shop, and restaurant on the top. Here's a couple pics of some wildlife that just walked up to us begging for food. Life is good here in New Mexico!!! |

me and myself were quite jealous that Shaina chose to ride up with "I". We would have followed on the S2, but just couldn't quite figure out how to seperate ourselves... |

Here's some pics from my one day ride to Colorado and back for Ferris' FBrat ride... Shame there is nobody else here in New Mexico to ride with. I'm forced to just go on these rides with me, myself, and I. |
