Ricky, Go to Cool Buell pics! Read the instructions. It's the easiest way of explaining how to post a Picture.

Bob: I might be able to fix you up with a 87 h.p. hot rod Sportster motor if you want. Maybe it would fit. You want to buy a brand new 170/17 Bridgestone 020 for the back end of that thing?

Does anyone own a Buell anymore? I do!

Nice bike BOB. Everyone hide there lawnmowers, Bob is looking for an engine.

I need a speedometer cable for my S2. Does anybody have one that would fit?

Bob,
That minibike frame brings back memories. My first bike was a Keystone Minibike with a 3 1/2 hp. Tecumseh. It took less than 2 weeks before I bent the governor to go faster and threw a rod though the front of the motor.
See Ya at Border Raid

Chris and Lonnie - Thanks for letting me hang on out on Saturday and help out with the Thundercross event! What a hoot- I gave it a shot and well lets just say I obviously was not the fastest bike..... but to my amazement I also wasn't the slowest. Cody (6yr old son) was right behind me and sadly enough on his little 50 he got a faster time than I did! Little Show Off!

It was pretty funny all the sudden I look over in the stagging area and here are these two chicks (very hot, young, nice bodies........ blah blah blah) and they were asking Cody questions and then asked if they could take their picture with him! No really! Well Mike would have loved that opportunity and well lets just say Cody was pretty grossed out but went along with the whole thing! Some day he will appreciate that kind of attention, but for now girls are gross (except Mom of course).

Mike got to hod dog it out there a little bit on Cody's little KLX 110 and then he really got wild on my bike! He had the fastet time of the day.

I got the crap scared out of me when a bagger nick named Sparky - (he was draggin' pipe and everything else most of the day) on the last turn I was flagging lost control and was heading right in my direction...... I peddled backwards and then when he stopped sliding I ran to help pick up his bike. Not much damage to his bike, but two nice divits in the concrete! He kept competing and actually placed.

Chris and Lonnie kicked some tail. Thanks for letting Mike and Cody camp out with you, I know they appreciated it!

Burnt to a crisp.......

Eric, count me in for riding the DH roads to Kelowna after border raid! I visited friends in the Kootenays last week on my way home from Sturgis and got a chance to ride DH1, 2, 5, 7, 24, 25, 56, 60... I have my DH book and am looking forward to riding the roads further west that you've chosen. I've found the book useful, although don't always agree with the ratings... for example, DH1 is highly overrated I think - too much congestion to be ridden at a fun pace! But DH5 was really fun so I did it twice! Well, gotta go power wash the 4500 miles of mud and oil off the Buell... - MG

Bob in the Rain Desert,
Was that you I saw on a Sapphire Blue Sprint ST northbound I-5 near the T-Dome at about 9:00 this morning?

Lyle got his insurance money from the Buell wreck in the mail today and will be at I-90 Motorsports tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. sharp with cash in one hand and a credit card in the other. There might be a whole bunch of new stuff to show off at The Swiss tomorrow night. What’s Rick going to be showing off? WiggleBe there or be somewhere else.

Had a great time at SportBikeWest! Just want to say thanks to Gootch who threw me the key to his xb9r for a blast thru the Hiway 33 twisties.
Also rode a hopped up M2 demo from Southside Cycle. My buddy Rob on his 00 X1 couldn't keep up. Reminded me why I bought the damn thing, fun bike! Lastly, rode a HD sloptail standard...BLAH...reminded me why I don't own Harleys anymore!
Stu and I talked about Border Raid again. I'd love to go since I missed SPLASH. Is everyone staying at hotels? Anyone packing a tent??

KartScot: Sure you can get a black one. Then you can get a vanity license plate that says JOMFBB. I forget what the F stands for but the other letters mean Just One More Black Bike
