murrae and the "X3" from Cali leaning into the curve this guy was scraping his floorboards and mufflers as he came around, LOL There's that sweet left hander in the background, don't be surprised if you see that curve on the cover of the next FUELL one of the stunt riders at the bikefest in Copper canyon, we had free admission as part of the BRAG ride. Who says you can't use a City-X for sport touring? |

LOL, Charlie, That Elk statue will never be the same. I think a couple of people had to pose with that thing. It just looks like it's in pain all hunched over like that. I had a great time up there, It was great meeting Kelly. You guys will like him, he's a good rider. I'm sure he can fill the void left by my leaving. Now if we can just get Jeremy to stop yelling when he posts on these message boards... the Buell Ho |

Jerry: I bet you have some nice pics from your area. I wish I could make it up for OKTOBERFAST. I've heard wonderful things about Lake Isabella, and other California twisties. I'm still trying to pull some strings at work, if not I guess we can expect to see you for Spring Fast 2006. Maybe this time I will actually be able to ride it. Later J |

hey jeremy, what's the latest tally on people for saturday? I talked to matt today and we're going to give the anybody that shows up for either the ride or just to the store for food,a look around, or just to meet people a 15% discount on parts and accesories. So that's pretty cool, that'll be a big chunk of change saved if someone spends some money on something big like a drummer, wheels or and race kit. Hey dan, way don't you have your lady shoot j in the azz anyway? i'm sure he deserves it for something. I'm hoping to get my bike back from the dyno guy tomorrow,he's trying out the other mufflers that micron sent him,he said he picked 4-5 hp by switching the can!Hoping for that 100hp mark. i'm keeping my fingers crossed, though i'd be happy with 95hp and a good torque curve. later andrew |

I just did a short ride to Florence to visit some friends down there earlier today. On the way back I got covered in bugs? What gives with this state? I've got more bugs in my jacket than I've seen in my whole life! Had to spent an hour cleaning the bike and I still missed some spots! |

Don't worry Malleus, soon they will replace all that agriculture that attracts all those bugs with subdivisions so you'll have no problems. |

Bart... I like the agriculture, just not the smelly dung piles near the ranch or all these crazy bugs AZ seems to have. What do they all migrate here when it gets cooler in the high country?? You are right though. Florence is growing like crazy. Now they have both a Burger king and a McDonald's! |

Andrew, How long has your bike been over there? You'd think the guy was rebuilding your engine or somethin'. 100 hp would be very nice. I'd have a hard time keepin' the front wheel on the ground! When do you expect the rest of us will be able to get in this guy's shop for a tuning? Before you guys showed up at Arrowhead the other night J and I got one pull a piece on the dyno there. I got a dismal 69.8 hp (it is only a 984, though)and my air/fuel ratio was all over the place. It would be nice if this guy could correct that and at least bring my bike back to stock numbers without having to spend a gang of $$ on a TFI or PCIII. Let me know when I can get in with him and how much it's gonna cost so I can start saving my pennies. Thanks. |

And I don't know where this guy had to go or how fast he had to get there but damn. He's fast! http://www.guzer.com/videos/fast_motorcycle2.php |

Andrew: I got something for that a55. Dan: Matt is working all the bugs out and he is playing with 3 different configurations of mufflers. When our bikes go in it should be in and out a couple of days tops probably sooner. I think the problem with our dynos that night was two factors humidity and I think that trailer dyno is a sad dyno. It will be nice to have a consistent fuel curve. Carey: I would like to but I'm at work at 5:30 in the AM. You still stopping by for the BBQ? Jerry: I'm the one who posted that. Carey is going to attend your ride. I was the one with the broken down XB at Spring Fast. Gabe: That first guy is a DUMBA55 The second guy definatley hauled some serious A55. Looks like he was in Europe. Later J |

Thanks to everyone who made it out to the Salt River Canyon today. It was really cool to see (and hear) that many buells at once. I didn't do a head count but there must have been about 12 or 13. Hopefully that many or more will show up for the monthly rides. It was nice to meet everyone and put faces to names. Sorry about the spill James...it happens to the best of us. It didn't look to me that the damage to your 'bolt was that bad. Slap a frame puck on that dent and chalk it up to experience. Riding the canyon was a blast. I have to try it on a weekday when there are fewer cagers. To all who took pics: POST UP PLEASE!! |
