This is possibly correct as I am not sure if they are called lighting's in the UK. Oh and the Firebolt has an inline 4, 159 bhp, 181mph. Guess this is either someone photoshoping or the magizine didnt proof read at all. As for helping you with the belt swap, do you even need to ask? I remember that I might still have some trick factory (okay, recall...er, upgrade) tools that will make the process of swapping the belt on a tuber without a removable sideplate a shiteload easier. The only reason why we were doing it at that time is that the store is closed and we basically have to entire store front to ourselves. It worked great a couple of weeks ago. I am going to send out an e-mail so I get the word out to all that may want to attend. Hope to see you there. I am going to be limping the M2 there. I ordered the new '06 Goodyear belt for the bike last Sunday and they do not expect it in until Tuesday of next week. So teeth missing and all I will be there. So I will be able to be there properly! Unfortunately the new belt for Carolos's bike didn't arrive in time, so I think his unofficial nickname for Sunday should be 'Limpy'. Hey it sure beats Jerky... Out of the pictures taken on my camera, this seems to be the pic. The only problem is that Jim Nance left before Mike and Larry showed up, hug! To fix this problem I have sent two pictures through Mike to Larry. There happens to be a gap in the group that will be perfect to photo shop Jim into the picture. See what you think. I call it... See More Than Three During our imprompt to meeting at Ruby Tuesday, we discussed wanting to hit the road. We dicussed plans for the next three months. I will list below what we discussed. August C3 Adventure I see Brankin has posted info about the AMA race at VIR. It seems that Saturday is the day to go. Who is interested in going to the race? September C3 Adventure Kristi and I have been looking into a Mountain run in September. We were looking at the weekend of September 24th-25th to make a run to Hillsville VA. My father-in-law has a place about nine miles off the BRP with access to a small cabin and about three acres along side a mountain stream to camp. Taking the boring interstate it takes me about four hours from Grifton to get there. You can cut out about an hour and a half from Raliegh area. I have no idea how long it would take going up 58 but I can assure you it will be more interesting. Concerned that we may end up with more people than room (Facilites) , Pete (my father-in-law) clued me into another motorcycle camp (T.W.O. esque) just down the road from him. It's called Willville Motorcycle Campground. So depending on the interest, we can figure out where we need to go. I will list the web site and let me know what do you think? OOPS, wrong address, try this one http://willvillebikecamp.com October C3 Adventure BRAG run to Maryland. Appalachian Adventure in Lavale, Maryland. It will be held October 5,6 and 7th. You can get a pre-regeistration form on the back of the July/August Fuell Magazine. Kristi and I are planning on going to this BRAG event. It will be our first and it really seems like fun. If you want to make the run, but fear the distance ride, let me know. Kristi doesn't think she can pack light enough for the bike, so I'm (Brankin hold your ears) trailering to the event. My trailer is a three bike trailer so if anyone wants to hitch a ride, let me know. Last but not least, I think we have decided to move our meeting place to Smithfield. It seems to be the most central to the group. We still are having problems with what weekend of the month to meet. That is still up for discussion, but it seems the group wants to move the meetings to Saturdays instead of Sundays. So the question still remains, what weekend of the month. I vote for the first weekend of the month, what do you think. If all else fails, we can still play it by ear, let me know. There were some services guys coming home on one of the planes that day and I was standing by the families waiting patiently for their fighting men and women. As they started to come down the escalators, the crowd waiting for people started to clap and shake their hands as they came off the escalators. I started to think of all my friends that have been in or around Iraq and Afganistan and it was a pretty emotion moment, full of pride and happiness. I know when I get back I'm gonna get my bike out of storage, if it already isn't, and get my legs back on it, take it slow for a while. One of guys I work with lives on Old Maple Hill Road and we are planning a cookout when we all get back (pig pickin'), I'll be carrying the bike out that day and just living it up on Old Maple Hill.
