Keef, sorry to say but I posted the bike up in the classified section earlier and sold it to Justin from NRHS in like 5 minutes for 2900. I really would have liked it to stay in town. I will give ya a call if things fall through. You probably are right about missing the bike, but I never felt confident on the M2 (mechanically) The XB I'm getting from dave only has 1100 miles on it....Maybe when my wrenching skills are at a higher level I can get another. | ||

Dave S. wanted me to let everyone know if they wanted to order anything from him he would bring it to IA and I can bring it back to KC. So no shipping... Larry, I tried calling you but got no answer..here is what happened at 4:04 yesterday you posted here your bike was for sale and at 4:30 pm I sent you or I should say tried to send you an email off of your profile and it would not go out because someone was stopping the email responses to you someone did that intentionally, after You talked to Justin your profile could then be emailed it is a real shame as they will take the motor front forks and wheels and use them to build custom choppers ,another tube frame Buell destroyed...the only ones that can do that are the custodians (block emails) makes me wonder how many other times this sort of thing has gone on..... | ||

Richie, I talked with Justin and I know the facts, Keith unfortunately lost out on a good deal and called Justin and asked him to back out....That's my bike I was selling.. That's my money from the sale...Keith had no business calling the person I made a deal with other than to buy it from him.. And that's not what transpired... Justin was asked to back out of the deal.... Additionally aren't you doing pretty much the same thing now? Larry | ||

I also don't buy the conspiracy theory...Justin was the 3rd e-mail I received the 2nd person that called me...I truly am sorry Keiths e-mail didn't go through, however it didn't and theres nothing can can be done about that now. | ||

You know the facts?Keith emailed your profile long before Justin got ahold of you.One of the administrators had your email blocked so you couldnt receive any emails.AFTER Justin contacted you on buying your bike low and behold,you could then receive emails.Im not sure WHAT Keith and Justin talked about only that Justin said THAT WAS BUSINESS,and your bike was going to be torn apart and a chopperized.Its your bike sell it to whoever you want,my problem with the deal is that Justin bought the bike underhanded with the help of an administrator BLOCKING your emails.Thats BAD BUSINESS PERIOD!I've heard of this type of thing happening on Badweb before,guess I heard right.So,Larry.I DONT CARE WHO BUYS YOUR TUBER,its just a shame that it was bought the way it was,so in the future if anybody tries buying ANYTHING on Badweb,you MAY or MAY NOT get it depending on one of the Administrators blocking responses so a friend of theirs can have first crack at it. | ||

Larry I only know what I was told was said,I never talked to Justin.I never said I talked to Justin.I told you the facts of what was said as they were told to me,by Keith.He told me what Justin said to him. JJ,Unless you have talked to one of the parties that had the conversations,you have no idea what was said,or have any idea about blocked emails or anything else.I heard of a similar thing happening ,listening to some guys at homecoming but didnt pay much attention to it.All your other rantings are just that,rantings.I didnt bad mouth Larry,Justin,YOU or anyone else,just stated the facts as they were told to me.If you no longer associate with Gails KCMOB because of US.........you have very thin skin,which seemed to be a problem with some of those that left,and if you worked on your own stuff,you wouldnt have to worry about Gails service,but when youre wanting to jump ship,ANY reason will do.You can be part of the problem or part of the solution,go to your other site where you can rant,rave,badmouth,and be part of the problem. | ||

Richie, just for the record and you can search the archives and confirm..I left the BRAG because it became too political for my liking and not enough about the bikes and riding...And it was me that started the KC's Least Wanted forum and there is no ranting or raving on the other site..I'm sure you have checked it out at least once..It's all about bikes friends and regular ol' BS..... In JJ's defense he is my business partner..and lives next door to me...and was with me from the start to the finish of the bike sale....He was right next to me today when Justin called and was on speaker phone so he is informed with the situation... As far as the new bike goes I will cut the stock pipe immediately like the Hanses brothers did, probably th 12 air box and chop the cheese grater off the end....In the future who knows...I can't ever see me doing what Sam has...It just doesn't seem like a daily rider anymore...and I like to ride every day poss. Dear Keith and Richie, You accuse BadWeB of blocking someone's account from receiving a PM(s) and imply some very nefarious motives for that alleged activity. I absolutely incontrovertibly deny any such activity by any BadWeB custodian or anyone else for that matter. Nothing like what you allege has ever happened here on BadWeB nor will it ever happen in the future. Firstly it is dishonest and above all we are honest. Secondly there is no way that I know of to accomplish what you allege. Maybe everyone today got their wires crossed. Maybe all of us were running on information that was not fully understood. If indeed I made any statements that were not factual, or true then I to offer my apology to Richie and Keith. I know that other Brag members tell me you have to really get to know you two, to fully understand your intentions. I guess I can say I haven't really been around you enough to judge your personalities, so for that I'm sorry. I for one would hate to see either of you get banned or in trouble for being misinformed about badweb’s workings, or policies. Anyway I can say we don't see eye to on some things but, with regard to brand we see eye to eye. Since you are big enough to offer an apology, I will meet you on your level and say, sorry for jumping to my conclusions, without 100% of the information, or at least without the understanding of were your intentions laid. when were at east troy we overheard some others talking about the same thing happening where something was posted for sale and then when they tried to contact the seller their e mails were held up until the items were sold to someone else and since the custodians are the only ones supposedly with access to the workings on the badweb one would have to assume one of them would have to have been the party that had to have stopped the emails ..if not can you tell me why when I tried emailing Larry right after his initial post on the KC Mob site my emails were rejected and I was told to see an administrator? Then an over an hour later the email would go through I know hear say is hear say and I held no thought that what was said was so but after my little deal it sure made me wonder what was up. as far as trying to bully Justin that did NOT happen I Know Justin I have dealt with him before and I asked him what his plans were with the bike and was told it would be broken done and used for chopper parts, I ASKED if if there was any chance he would let me get the bike that I had someone that wanted to ride not strip it when he said no I said ok and that was it no brow beating or yelling or anything like that so if you didn't hear the conversation how is it you can comment on what was said reliably.... | ||

I can see you are working up to it, but I'm still waiting for your apology and retraction. Can you really not imagine how a network of computers via the internet, the BadWeB server in NJ, various email servers and a discussion board software package working through vast collections of CGI and other coded script serving up multi gigabytes per day of content to tens of thousands of visitors the world over might hit a snag or two while sending some PMs, well... you must not deal with any such IT related stuff... but jumping to an overtly irresponsible conclusion that it obviously must have been a deliberate act by some human out to thwart you personally simply won't cut it here.  You didn't ask for anything to be explained. You only eagerly alleged that BadWeB was party to nefarious and despicable behavior. I'll refrain from commenting on what such behavior on your part almost always indicates about the individual exhibiting it and give you a chance to make things right. Again... waiting for your retraction and apology. And to be perfectly clear so that you understand the gravity of the situation... I am not exaggerating the seriousness of this issue in my eyes. BadWeB will absolutely persue legal action should you continue to refuse to retract your false allegations. Your choice. Please do the right thing. We all know you can. Just to clear the air. I too received the same not accepting messages, please contact an administrator message when I tried to PM or e-mail Larry directely Monday afternoon, that's why I posted for Larry to contact me via e-mail under the ad he put in the classifeds about an hour after he posted it (approximately 4:11 p.m. Denver time). He e-mailed me a contact number soon after I got home from NRHS (about 4:35), I called him around 4:40, bike was still available, we made the deal and arranged for payment, period. Considering I know none of the custodians on this board personally, and the fact that I got the same error message as you, pretty much precludes any kind of conspiracy theory helping me to get the bike. You had the same chance to post something on the board for Larry to contact you as I did to express your interest, but you didn't put anything out where Larry could see it until after 7 p.m. my time, or about two and a half hours after the deal was made. For once I think Blake's right (mark your calendars ) in that constructing some scheme orchestrated by the custodians that kept you from getting a screaming deal on a bike for your old lady is nothing more than sour grapes, and you should apologize for slandering them with no real evidence of foul play. To everybody that has been following the mess I got MYSELF into.It was explained to me by Blake the that message sometimes comes up for NO APPARENT reason,so.......it a person didnt know any better,and maybe after hearing some rumors...could think it was a deliberate thing.That little snowball started rolling down the hill and when it got to the bottom it was a GREAT BIG FRIGGIN SNOWBALL!Sorry guys,I didnt mean to rattle cages,cause old felling to be brought out,or cause any more strife than has happened in the past. I think my wife is a good month away from riding that far or on the highway, but when we were chatting with Chris last night at Gail's (Mary scored 100% on the written test) she sounded agreeable to coming along when her abilities come up to speed. In fact, she'll be becoming the "FULL" BRAG member, and I'll become the associate. She said, I might have to be her b***h and ride on the back of her bike........ Looks like a good time to change the subject and post some trip pics from Laguna  Mike, relaxing after a few curvy roads  Frank and Sam discussing whether or not we are lost at this point. Should have had the map guy in charge! We ened up being 6 blocks short of our next turn.  Home of the Fried Oyster Sandwich! Stinson Beach Bar and Grill, North of SF on highway 1.  Sam, Frank and Mike hanging out at the Golden gate Bridge overlook.  Frank, Mike and I discussing whether or not we think Sam is going to get a ticket in the mail for pulling a wheelie on the Golden Gate Bridge.  unloading the bikes upon arrival  Frank chillin in the BRAG tent watching the timed practices.  supersport class headed into turn 5 for the first lap. Also the view from the Brag tent.  Cannery Row, This is where everyone with a motorcycle headed after the races Saturday night.  Sam and I at the track in the BRAG parking area.  checking out the view on the side of highway 1 north of Santa Cruz.  Having luch Thursday afternoon at Alices Restaurant. Many bikers head here each weekend and have lunch. This place is surrounded with incredible roads.  Sam, "so Frank, Can't you picture Racerboy and V2WIN rolling around the next corner??"
