Yeah, got the tire OFF with just the two allen wrenches. But the caliper needs to really be swung up a bit to get the wheel installed. It's all your fault outtie! |

That figures. Sorry guys'n'gals, but look at the bright side. The tire will most likely last until it dies of old age. It was the "Mobile Service Tech" (read: Good Samaritan) that I apparently jinxed. LOL |

I know this is a little late notice but.... Sara and I are having a moving out of town type party Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at Wolski's Tavern. If anyone wants to stop by, feel free. It would be cool to see some of the people I have ridden with there! Wolski's Tavern 1836 N. Pulaski St.,Milwaukee,WI http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?ovi=1&zoom=9&mapdata=Fha1P5i%2fM%2fW%2fLC4z FGGm%2fYxvmSca%2bMzAtsRbGCqY%2b71CuFCCYLeXy0v353d4rpVzgytnqVuHHD7RWufRk8UqRZuQAk HDQ910vVV6q02DJgE43Z%2fM0Gv%2bAKvaX1yxYlhgMi6eu9mYg4RUNLI%2fm2qya0mbgFq8%2bayyNV pq5WbDjZE%2bwHyjBJmS3tiQGWF81Ut%2f9CBro%2b3E%2fynPOiPPZna3mVdKQ3Yqf5670cUSyTbOl6 FA175Zu0Fy%2bx4XmvMaa%2f0meAjt2SbG6wpbT8iitfCVPHGfpVcrQPRg5KRFT7J7S9TLOs4kuSOd1S mwZ%2b22o84GLyDJs5x4maB9o1fJxMUJroZvOSutmohMbY19mAsJvTy4p7YxF4i0P6Ajualkh299Zy59 mCK9NnFy%2faS9a5DdlFpVyyocznizVtKKpkkyJVrpaZPQ4FKirDLWvEeIrzlbZXRl8iZw3mJxjoHOEE A1T3qlwg8EOIYQLij8lf2wrP8dpDxE93gd0Ub6hrEatNjjyBEgGTbYVinRjF%2f2Slgeh2jiiM6PwQjW |

Just a note to thank the folks at Brew City for the demo ride and some great conversation. Aaron and both Steve's did an excellent job running the rides and are a real asset to Hal's in the product knowledge and enthusiasm department. The XB12R was really great bike to ride. Loved the power and the front brake. Is really everything Erik said it would be in his presentation at the Buell 20th. I just wish I wasn't so long as the reach to the bars was too cramped. Perhaps one of the new models that are scheduled to be introduced at the July Dealer Meeting will be a better fit. Trust me, the next time I ride in temps like today's I am going to dress warmer. I was really hitting bottom with the hypothermia thing and didn't realize it. The only clue was a real tired feeling and impaired verbal skills. Thanks again for a great day! |

Outtie, it really was a pleasure all around today. Gettin' to mettcha, shooting the crap, and going for our short lil' ride. Thanks again for stopping by. I too am VERY tired. About to take a "powernap" myself Isn't it amazing how solid and smooth the new XBs are? While I think they lack the character of the tubers, they more than make up for it with the chassis, braking, and smooth power delivery. |

Isn't it amazing how solid and smooth the new XBs are? Never believed it until I rode one today. Really makes my X1 feel like an old time offroader. You know, from the old "Point'n'Shoot" school. Still, it has plenty of character and serves me well. Wish it were a good 20 degrees warmer today and I could have hit some sweepers and twisties with it. Guess God (The Heavenly Weatherman) and god (Buell's and Hal's wise restrictions on demo rides) just couldn't cooperate. |

Steve...Two hours from Hal's to Starbuck's, you must have an interesting route. Would be greatly appreciated if you would email the route to me as I am always in search of a more entertaining way of getting to MadTown. Thanks! |

Outtie, no interesting route. Just have "don't be late" worries. But we didn't end up gettin' that far. Steve(the new guy), and RickyRacer(Eric) and I made it to Jefferson, and said "the heck with this, it's chilly, and starting to rain". So we headed up to the Pinecone off HWY 26 and had breakfast, and headed back for home. BTW, hada talk with one of the salesmen at Hals Saturday. I forget the salesman's name, but he's in the band with Erik Buell. He said he's gonna try and get Erik to join us on some of the rides this summer! How friggin' cool would *THAT* be? |

Hey Steve, good chattin with ya today. We didn't even unload to ride today. We rode yesterday and with all the gear I brought I still froze. Maybe the fall run. Ya I was at Hal's yesterday and they said they "built" a engine for Erik! Waayy cool! (maybe a surprise ride with "the man' at the Homecoming) Hey I have some frame slider ideas I need to talk to you about sometime. later..... |

Steve...Having Erik along on a ride or two would be fantastic. You could use that for a joint venture with the other BRAG Clubs and hopefully do some recruiting. You made it farther than I did. Bomber called just before I was ready to leave. Apparently, the Ma Deuce was resisting the weather as well. Not the exact malady, but close enough. So I did the NoGo thing as well. Just too cold and damp for the arthritis. LOL |

Anyone interested in riding to Kutter HD for the Buell Demo that Spidey will be at? I am thinking of leaving around 7:30 am and riding Highway 59 out there. I would be back in Milwaukee around 1:00 so there would be time to stop at Hals for their open house also. It is supposed to be in the 70's. Email me.... koszewa@hotmail.com |

I wish I could make this, but I thought I would let you all know. On May 7th at Mc Auliffes Pub there is a band playing called Oversoulss. Why should you care? Well the lead guitarist for the band (who lives in New Berlin) is probably one of the fastest and best rock guitarists in Wisconsin. He is also the current teacher for Mark Tremonti of Alter Bridge (formerly Creed). They are doing a few local shows before going on tour with Alter Bridge later this summer. This would be worth seeing. |

Well, he's in two bands I think. He's in Hal's "house band" with a couple of the salesmen. And he's part of the "Erik & the Thunderbolts". Koz, I may be interested in ridin' with ya. But 7:30AM? Whaddya NUTZ! |
