It was nice meeting everyone at your meeting....looks like you have a great bunch of people! Pretty impressive cover band too. Hopefully we will see some of you at the crud run (I'll be hiding my head in shame on a foreign bike...) or at Blackhawk...Buells ROCK! |

No luck with the Slimey Crud again My wife decided to host a dinner party the night before. And I'm playing in a charity golf outing on Monday. Between the late night in Saturday and early day on Monday, I think Sunday will be a day of rest. Okay...call me a wimp! |

Come on Dennis, it will only be about a 360 mile day for you...assuming you ride the most direct route, only stop for gas, and average 60 mph, you could be home within 6 hours of leaving! It is still up in the air if I can make it as well. Damn moving van comes that Monday! |

I was on the roads for the crud run yesterday, hit Mt Horeb, Blue Mound, Pine Bluff, etc. Found a couple spectactular roads..JG being one of them. Still up in the air about the crud run though, have no idea how busy I wll be but Pine Bluff is maybe 50 miles from me. Aaron, we were supposed to close the 29th, but now it may get pushed up to next monday & im fine with that, the earlier the better. |

3rd tire? Was it a nail that killed the last one? Why was it flat again? Bad seal? That would me off as well. I know how you feel. I went through the same thing last year when my bike kept dying! It sucks. |

I rode over to Hals this morning since I was in the neighborhood after my chiropractor appt. Well, If you count 20 miles "in the neighborhood" But anyways, CJ, your tire was sitting next to the service desk, WITH AIR STILL IN IT! Didn't get a chance to talk with Kevin, he was in a meeting, But I'll ride home after work, grab the van and give ya a call and come down to your place with the tire. And you'll be all set to ride Of course, I'll have to take your bike for a test ride just to make sure everything is good! |

Thanks mucho, mucho Mackay !!! Kinger, 1st tire was a nail, 2nd tire appeared to be glass, and then 3rd I guess the seal ??? But anyway, appears to be fixed !!! I do remember your frustration !! Makes me wonder now since all three happened to go flat in the garage, but I don't care as long as I can finally ride !!!! CJ |

BUT I think y'all should stop down here (near Camp Randall)... he doesn't know the power of the badweb insanity yet... I am sure any out of towners can camp in his back yard... btw was out on J K and P Sunday night and went through Pine Bluff... sweet (Message edited by Whatever on April 20, 2005) |

Charlotte, hit JG thats a pretty cool road. Takes you past Tyrol Basin ski hill & little Norway. Plus what the hell is the name of the road running right thru the middle of the UW campus that has a couple of nasty little hairpin turns? I rode it monday night but found it totally by accident. |

Yep I have been corrected numerous times, its not pronounced like Rio in Brazil but rather like rye-o. I prefer it the other way though. |

Camp Randall is the stadium at the UW Madison Campus... if you don't know where it is you are not a good Badger... hee hee hee. We are actually right on top of campus near Park and Regent streets. Observatory is the street that twists behind the Helen C White library up to the UW Observatory. There used to be a ski jump there onto my dad said he went down when he was in college... it landed on Lake Mendota by the Union Terrace. |

Steve...You amaze me. You know perfectly well that everything, regardless of the problem, always works in the shop. Hopefully, CJ's tire will be the exception and work on the road as well. |
