Pusswinkles? Nice word, you are now under suspicion! You didn't even send me a message letting me know the schedule...I know I make you look slow but you could have at least given me the chance...hehehehehe....what is this weekend looking like? I agree, the "Finn" should buy tonight. Dozer |

Dozer, I haven't picked the days yet, probably will tonight at Shield's. Right now the weather looks like its going to cool off for the weekend but hell, there's a lot of time between now and then. I need to spend time on a couple of bikes and around the house on Saturday so if I do get out that day, it'll in the afternoon. See ya tonight. |

This Sunday was great. And to think there was 2.5" of the white stuff (i.e., snow not drugs) Friday & Saturday. Forecast for this w/e is rain-snow showers and temp in the 30s. But, they've been wrong before. Hope you remembered, will remember, the pipe tonight, Pappy. Funny thing. You're e-mail to me read as if you were dealing in drug paraphernalia with talk of the BOSS and bringing the pipe. The H. |

Mileagemike? If you know the guy at all, I think MultiBikeMike would be more appropriate. I've seen fewer Buells in some dealerships than he has in is garage. Yet he still magages to make room for his fellow Buellers' bikes if necessary. Track Dad Rules! PITAHMWB |

I went riding yesterday for the first time this year. I just got my stainless brake line, pads, and new brake fluid in the S1. I have to be carefull that I dont grab too much brake now or I am afraid I will flip over. I put the pro series race air cleaner on this winter to go along with the yost power tube and the vance and hines. Man what a difference the pro series air filter makes over the stock piece. My only gripe is it seems I have less leg room now. Ive got some pro series handlebars coming in next week, so I'll have another new thing to try. see yall Tuesday. |

I just wanted everyone to know that I met w/ Greg Hieklebeck National Sales Manager for Buell on Tues. He stopped by to see our dealership and to clue us in to the fact that the Detroit market has become the #1 Buell market in the nation. He said that he is very impressed with what we have done to influence this trend. I would like to personally thank The Motor City BRAG club for all of their hard work and loyalty. He expressed to me that he is looking forward to attending the 2nd annual Motor City Buellfest, he will be traveling w/ Erik. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there. |

Anybody up for pizza Wednesday early evening? Since none of you have posted a Buellfest report I figure I'll have to come there in person to hear how it went. I've got meetings in the morning, and then a flight later so I'll have to head to the airport by 7 or 8pm. I'm planning on going to a bicycle shop in Dearborn in the afternoon, a used book store on the way to MotorCity Buell/H-D, then MotorCity, then will stop in at Shield's on the way to the airport for some dinner. I want to hear about how the event went, and if anyone was able to keep up with Erik on the way to Suzi Greenway's. |

Mike The event was great! Although there seemed to be a case of the dropsies going around on the Battletrax course, or maybe the intensity levels were just a bit to high. Erik was up to his usual hijinks and showed us how to do it on a Blast no less! I'll be out of town on Wednesday and won't be able to make it to Shield's. Have a good trip |

Wruffus, I noticed that your profile says you're looking for a new mechanic. Action Motorcycles at 5 Mile and Telegraph is a bunch of ex-H-D people. The owner is Bob Ricciuti and his lead mechanic is Bill Bishop. Bill drag races a '99 Lighting. He was the Buell mech at Motown. The counter people Amy and Darlynn are ex-H-D also. I bought my '95 S2 Thunderbolt there. This is all I know of them. When I bought the bike they owed my a Spring oil and fluids change, and a tuneup. They kept their word on it. Dave |
