Outrider, I will have him check that out as well. I am waiting to hear from him since he hadn't told his wife he bought another bike yet! |

he hadn't told his wife he bought another bike yet! He could plead early onset of Alzheimers. "Are you SURE I didn't tell you about buying the 'lil 'ole Beemer? I could have sworn we discussed it in detail". See, I don't have to worry about things like that. Toni wants to buy as many, if not MORE bikes than I do! I go in to our ebay watch list, and many times there are M2s, S3s, and XB9SLs in there, courtesy of Toni We're still keeping our eye open for an M2L, or even another S3/S3T that we could lower ourselves. At some point, Toni will outgrow the Blast. As it is now, we've equipped the blast pretty well for longer distance riding. She's got the windshield, saddlebags and tank bag. |

That defense might have worked but it is too late. Oh well. Things will smooth out if they are bumpy. I think one ride on the K-tank with its heated seats and 6 disc cd changer will make this all good! I have thought about lowering my bike. It would be nice to have both feet flat on the ground at stop lights! There are more important things to do to the bike first. |

Yeah, like add some frame sliders... Where is that leaker who promised to make those frame sliders for you, and everyone else... Oh wait... THAT'S ME eventually, I'll have some machine time to do those. but for now, all the machines are running full tilt on jobs. How dare those owners get their priorities screwed up, and not give me my ever important "government work" time |

I hope everyone got out and rode today!!! What a nice day. CJ, Sorry to hear about your tire. I bet Steve is right. House hunting went pretty good last Saturday. It looks like we will be moving to Janesville. That will leave me with about a 30-40 minute commute to work. A perfect distance for stretching the legs of the S3 on a daily basis! We are going down to look at the model home again tomorrow, and probably sign some paperwork. Depending on timing, I may not be able to make the Slimey Crud Run. I am also not going to be able to make the track day on the 21st. I will know in about a week if I can make the one at Blackhawk on the 25th. |

Just a note to let you know that the subject of one day passes during the week days for local Bueller's at the BRAG Homecoming is being addressed in the Homecoming Thread in the Stormfronts section. Is a simple issue and your opinion counts. So don't hesitate posting regardless of your opinion on the issue. Thanks for your time and consideration. |

For those that didn't hear, Hal's is running a tire sale for the month of April. Part of the sale is that you get 1/2 off your rear tire if you burn off the old one. Steve stopped down today and took advantage...... I also have a short video of it, but I can't upload it. |

I am hoping to go on Sunday!!! According to Mapquest, it is approx. 55 miles from Hal's to Dundee. I will look at an alternate route that wouldn't be freeway the whole time. Who wants to go? Meet at Hal's at say 10 a.m. Kickstands up at 10:30? That gives us a little over 2 hours to make the trip up to Dundee via back roads. |
