First off thanks for the HD forum. It makes for "one stop shopping". My 07 Roadglide handles like crap on bumpy twisties and Im in the process of purchasing a TWR missing link motor mount. just wondering if anyone has feedback on this product. |

We have installed Tru-Tracks on customers bikes that made them happy. I think you will be equally pleased. |

...I was under the impression the 2007 swingarms already incorporated a third link setup, which was supposed to be a vast improvement over the previous 2002-2006 swingarms, which in turn replaced the downright dangerous pre-2001 swingarms... |

My understanding is there is no 3rd link on even the 08 models. I installed the link yesterday and rode to work today but have not given it a proper test yet. |

Got a link to the linkage thing? I'm about to drop the swingarm on the FLT. |

The item is called missing link, the company is TWR.The owner is Tracy in Ontario Canada. I talked to him on the phone, sharp guy, and ordered part. Still early on the evaluation. Quality part, easy to install and quick test shows improved tracking and perhaps a bit more vibration. This forum is were I found it and covers a lot of ground. http://www.hdforums.com/m_3231654/tm.htm |

Mikej, I just did a little looking and noticed Tracys Ebay ad says 02 thru 08. Im not well versed on newer Harleys (post shovel) but I think a call to Tracy would be worth the time. |

Thanks. My bike's a little older than 02 so I'll have to dig a little. I haven't been on the hdforums too much in the last six months or more. I'll have to refresh my research on the matter. I'm thinking I might just rebush with fresh stock parts for now just to get it back on the road for the summer, then do a little more intensive work on it next winter since the S2 started to back-talk a little on the way in to work this morning indicating it's about due for some attention now. |
