Last night while coming home from a sweet mountain run with Shred, Glitch, Black_Sunshine and New12R I was filling up for gas @ a stupid pre-pay station.
Doing my best to get every last penny into the tank my bike puked a 5hit ton of fuel out between the outer airbox and frame.

What's up with that?

There a small hold under the gas cap. When you overfill it goes through that hole and well, you can see it in the picture. I did that once. First and last time too.

stealth, what was your method of dulling up your plastics? i own a black 12r and was toying around with the idea of doing the same thing, think it would look pretty good, and not make it show the scratches as much, any input is appreciated, thanks

I painted the plastics with Krylon Ulta-Flat Camouflage Black.

The kill stickers are a tribute to WWII jets and a spite to traditional sport bikes.

That bike looks great. may I make a suggestion steath? How bout some flying tigers sharks teeth where the flags are and put the flags on the airbox. I think it would look great and follow the theme on your bike.

Looks great!

I was having the same plan, but with an entire XBR in wrinkle finish, (a stealth has a absorbing finish) and all the signs, information.
Also with those killer switches etc.

It's flat black now, but want something more exotic.
