I just bought the Hyperpro Combi kit from Racingmotorcycles.com. I will be installing in a few weeks. The kit is not that expensive so for the money it should be a nice upgrade over stock.

If you guys are looking for springs that fit our forks, the local suspension shop is claiming the forks on the 2002 - 2004 XBs are the same as the Aprillia RS250. Since these are usually used race bikes the market is quite large and many options available. Ask around the suspension shops and someone is bound to know
