Does anyone know if the hand protectors on a City X will fit on a XB12S? The parts guy at the local shop said no. Can anybody verify this? thanks in advance |

Sure they'll fit. You'll need the studs that they fit to also. I believe that's all there is to 'em. |

Hey Dave, I still havn't got that D&D exhaust on that you sold me a couple of months ago. The Workshop is Snowed in. And now that I'm recovered from my kidney Stone surgery, I've come to find out I need another surgery, this time my Head.(long Story,Tumor etc...) Slowing down my accessories progress for sure. I'll call you tomorrow. Thanks, Rob S. Duluth,MN |

I would love to have some hand guards on my XB12R for the winter riding. Does anyone know of anything that will fit on this? Cheers. Marc |

The City X ones will fit but you might have some clearance issues with the fairing with the bars turned all the way? |

The CityX handguards will not only go great on a 12s, they would work on a great many other motorcycles as well, most japanese standards I would bet. |

Team, I am in Dallas for the dealer meeting. Call on Monday and talk to Computer Todd. Just tell him to get you everything you'll need. I'll call him and tell him what needs to be done. Tripper, I'll see if I can find a parts book here tomorrow and look everything up for you guys. I knew I should've brought a full set of books with me! |

Tripper, I'm not sure if they will fit a S1? They should but I'd want to look at the S1 and an XB side by side before I promised. |

Umm, Now that I have the things, can anyone help with installation. I don't have a CityX to reference. Silly question but how do you take the handlebar ends come off? pull? I guess I'm use to the old fashion screw type. Thanks, Rob |
