saw there wasn't too much available..so i decided to make my own..it's about 2 1/2 inches taller...went out for a test ride and it seemed a lot better...now i just have to finish it lots of sanding to do...pretty simple to fabricate i used the original as a mold spent about 15 bucks on cloth and resin...and some aluminum foil...i'll try to get a pic posted when i get it painted and installed. mike |

I would be interested to see how that looks on your XB. I've been thinking about a taller flyscreen. Al, at American Sport Bike, is currently molding the same part to sell on his web site. Get those pics up as soon as you can. Thanks, -Brad |

Hey Tim- Thanks for the link. Those flyscreens look great. Did they give you any idea of cost? Have you purchased from them before? Thanks, -Brad |

I have purchased from them, with NO problems, It's the exchange rate that kills us. I have been talking with them for several months now, and have been promised the first one, once their supplier gets them to them. I think with exchange shipping and everything I think he said $250.00 I wish someone here could make flyscreens/winshields for the lightning "S" I think this would look good my XB9SLR. I'm eager to see what you have done. |

Hey Tim- I'm also interested in that XBS solo seat cowl that they have posted. http://www.bitz4buells.co.uk/products/fibre_glass..htm Noticed that http://www.ironmachine.com/ has them as well. Have you ever order from them? They don't have the flyscreens though. Definitely need that flyscreen. If you can, keep me posted on your flyscreen order. Thanks, -Brad |
