I bought the bike used. It was a repo. It is a 2003 XB9R Firebolt with about 7,000 miles on it. What is the terms/length of the factory warranty? |

Run the V.I.N. but a Harley Davidson/Buell service rep at your local dealer. |

Thanks Dave. Keith was able to tell me that the bearings should still be covered. What's odd is that another shop told me my warranty actually expired in May 2003. Wierd in that my bike is a 2003. DOn't think he knew what he was talking about. |

I bought my 2003 in June of 2002. Quite possible the 1 year factory warranty was up. |

bought my 03' in sept 04' and I have a 1 yr warranty from the purchase date. you may want to check when the bike was originally...Oh Dave can get that for you!! Dave, good on ya!!!!!! |

wonder why here in the uk its a two year warranty period but not in the usa where buells are made........ mines a may 03 9s and its covered till may 05... manufactures warranty not extended by selling dealer also |
