Wanting to do a TPS re-set on my '06 Uly with an '04 BUEGB ECM using the trusty Bueltooth Dongle and ECMdroid which was previously downloaded. The dongle flashes when i turn the ignition on and it is paired with my Android device. But the light won't go solid which seems to indicate that it is not connecting (yes i pressed the connect button). Also, ECMDroid is not displaying any of the ECM info and the TPS reset function won't open. In fact none of the functions seem to open. Is ECMDroid no longer funtioning/supported? what if any other options/procedures are there to do a simple TPS reset? Please don't tell me ECM Spy, i have torn my hair out trying to get that program to work, without success (maybe i got the wrong cables?). Thanks to anyone with answers. |

I had a similar problem. I have 2 now one is the old buelltooth and one is the new RevMo buelltooth. My older one doesn't work, same as yours. Don't know what happened but my newer one works. Also since you have a 06 Uly check your ECM mine cracked at the connectors. That took a while to figure out. |

Thanks LEW. Ordered a new one, looks just like the old one but I hope your're right. Is ECMDroid still operational? I tried to download it again but could not find it in the App Store. |

ECM droid is working for me. I downloaded it about a year ago. |

BTW, my old dongle was flashing a red light. Does that mean anything? I thought the light was blue but it has been so long i can't remember. |

I've never seen a red light. Mine has always been blue. I can go check my old one, just to see. |

They both show blue lights. The older one flashes faster for whatever that means. |
