The EBR kits with the copper washers were still floating around if you want new. I've also reused them on my XB12s, again, without problem. Just use a torque wrench, don't "over" torque. I've used them before, but the purist scream not to, as does Buell service manual. Let me know a total price and how to get you the money.   Teeps Posted on Monday, June 24, 2019 - 11:09 am:        Replacement bolts come with a dry locking compound applied. As did the original bolts at installation. The dry compound helps to ensure the proper lubrication for correct (torque) clamping force of the fasteners. That said, I've cleaned and reused rotor and rear sprocket bolts several times with no problem. I have also re-used rotor bolts with no issue FYI, the EBR site has always said 'backorder' of the EBR kit, but consistently will ship them within a week or 2.
