Looking at this bike to buy, had one like it and miss it. Bike has a stock size muffler with outlets on both sides. Asked the owner if it had a race ecu. He said no but the PO had it "tuned". Trying to remember if the ecu could be re flashed for muffler. Thanks, Robert. | ||

Yes. No way to tell what program you have in your ECM or if its the right one as far as I know. The "Race use only" brand on the box means nothing anymore. If it bugs you: Buelltooth.com is a decent resource for do it yourselfers, IDS has plug and play options. A common sign it's untuned/lean is deceleration popping. | ||

Thanks Shoggin. Always an adventure to buy used. I Know most of the "usual suspects" with the XB but it looks like there are still parts options. |
