Charcoal grey Uly frame has stains from some liquid: gas? Oil? not sure but they seem to have damaged the finish, won't wash off.

Suggestions?

Really would help to know what the stains are from..!

Have you tried giving it a scrub with WD-40 ? That removes a lot of various garbage.
