Noticed my fan running all the time over 10mph, doesn't seem to matter what temps. I don't remember this as normal. I remember the fan coming on when hot or after shutoff. It is not running after shutoff. Does anyone know what is normal?

Definitely normal with the comfort kit ECM reflash.
